Jane Swift will withdraw from the race for governor, a campaign source said Tuesday, just hours before Salt Lake City Winter Olympics chief Mitt Romney was expected to announce his candidacy.Swift's poll numbers have plummeted since speculation has grown that Romney would challenge her for the Republican nomination. A high school swimmer was disqualified from the district swimming and diving championships recently because of her swimsuit. Theresa Deak, a junior at Magnificat, had already completed five dives when it was brought to her attention that she had too many stars and stripes on her suit that featured flags of the world.
