None of today's stories on bush's 'Project Safe Neighborhoods' program touched on this ugly little fact, even though it's on the whitehouse website as clear as day: "In addition to strict enforcement of existing gun laws, the President supports expanding instant background checks to close the gun show loophole and banning the importation of high-capacity ammunition clips." If you think bush is 100% behind gun owners, you're wrong. Think bush is going to let the 1994 crime bill sunset in 2004? Then why is he trying to ban more high-cap magazines that are currently legal?

I've spent the last half hour calling my democratic senators, my democratic representative in the house, and my local state democratic committee. I let it be know that if William Daley and the Gore campaign pursue a lawsuit to overturn official results of the election, I will never, EVER support a democratic candidate ever again due to the nature of their revulsive conduct. In fact, I will volunteer my time, my money to every republican candidate I can in order to prevent democrats from holding office. The democrats need to be held accountable for their utter disrespect for the rule ...

Please excuse the vanity (on my first article post, how vain indeed), but after reading a few good stories of the downward progress of the Gore campaign (from here forward to be known as the Misery, Fear, and Division Tour 2000), I've decided to start a thread to keep track of all the articles in one place. If you post an article having to do with gore's lackluster rallies, liberal journalists whining about how gore can't get a break from the 'pro bush biased' press,or how nader's going to ruin the country, please post a link to that article here! ...
