If Wikipedia refers to The State of The Union as an ANNUAL event, shouldn’t we be hearing a date set soon? Can this event be strongly encouraged by our Representatives and Senators?

I am curious and sure others know more than me. Even in the election furor, I believe a supposed Office Holder accusing an opponent of a crime for which he was not charged is Slander. Flame away. Now back to lurking.

This morning, before I had enough coffee, before I could find remote to get to Fox, and before I was really awake, I saw Brokaw on the NBC talk about the demonrats as "Our party" to that guy on the show. Am I dreaming? I found the remote and replayed with the DVR. I know he does not do the news, but where did their supposed objectivity go? They can come out now? Boozy "Dodgeball" actor Rip Torn was arrested last night after he allegedly broke into a Connecticut bank armed with a handgun, police said in an arrest report. Torn allegedly broke into the Litchfield Bankcorp building Salisbury, Conn., where he lives, at around 9:40 p.m., according a police report posted on the gossip site TMZ. I present for your viewing pleasure an email I received from the DNC. Let it be noted that my Sister-In-Law, God love her, has signed my dear Brother up for these. He, in turn, felt obligated and inspired to send them to me. (His true feelings remain with us, I hope.) This is a simple inquiry into Reverend Stanley's position in his Church. A year and 6 months ago a stink was raised about him staying on as pastor after he and his wife split. What became of this situation? As you might know I have been out of touch with this forum for some time and am now only able to log back in.
