Putting OKC to rest. As a Civil engineer I was disturbed by the OKC bombing because I knew that a concrete frame structure could not be taken down by an Ammonia Nitrate bomb. This was confirmed by many throughout the engineering community, by structural experts, and by my own blast calculations.
