When one cop or a small group of cops do somehting wrong, then they make the news, but when a cop saves a little girl from an abusive mother or saves a little boy from burning alive in a car, do they make the news? NO! I think it is nonsense. When your kid is in trouble, who is the first people you call????
Well, all I was saying was that it is not right to not give someone a job, if they are qualified for it, just because of their gender. Ethically, politically, and legally, it's not right. But, I do see what you are saying about the 5' tall, 50 year old grandma. That doesn't make sense, but on the other hand, we should still give people a chance.
Thanks alot for that! Yes, I have a brother-in-law who is currently in Iraq who is in the Marine Corps. He has told me many things about women MPs. Thanks alot for that input, and may God Bless you, and thank you for your service.
well, we have a mixture of kids. We are a 3 star credited high school, so, we are better than most in this part of the country. The administrators keep the school running straight most of the time.
Although I think paddling should be allowed, I must add that I believe there should be strict rules for the paddling. For instance, in my school, we have 2 female principals (one white one minority race) and 2 male principals (one white one minority race). So, there are no racist aggressions taken out. Also, we have a strict procedure as well as the number of "licks" that can be given in a day. Keeps things straight for the most part.
Well, Someone has to do it. If the child gets into trouble at school, most of the time, it means they aren't getting corrected at home. So, it has to be done somewhere. Otherwise, we might be running around like hippy kids from the past. As a high school student, I agree.
