Looking to shake up his ailing campaign Rick Perry has brought on the man who oversaw George W. Bush's presidential race a decade ago. Joe Allbaugh will become a senior adviser to the Perry campaign - effectively putting him in charge. Long-time Perry political consultant Dave Carney will stay on, but a source familiar with the reshuffling says Allbaugh will be in charge. Perry personally called Allbaugh.
