    In an exclusive, The Louisiana Weekly has learned that www.recallgovernorblanco.com has received over 400,000 hits in the 48 hours since its founder Kat Landry filed the recall documents with the Secretary of State's office on January 10. Landry needs over 949,000 signatures or roughly one-third of Louisiana's registered electorate to bring out a recall election against Governor Blanco.     Kat Landry, a voter trying to start a movement to oust Gov. Kathleen Blanco, will speak Wednesday to the Executive Committee of the Republican Party of Ascension Parish. The meeting is at 7 p.m. at Grand Wall Restaurant on Airline Highway in Gonzales. No one has filed notice of a recall petition with the state elections agency, the Secretary of State’s Office reported last week.
