In his new book, President Clinton's account of when his sexual relationship began with Monica Lewinsky conflicts with his grand jury testimony. The disparity is significant because independent counsel Kenneth Starr's prosecutors had accused Clinton of lying about the date to avoid admitting he had a relationship with an intern, the Washington Post reports.
