Gathered here recently for their second annual symposium, members of the Black Alliance for Educational Options took a moment from a busy agenda to reflect on the group's rapid growth. With nearly 750 members, baeo has grown by leaps and bounds since its founding two years ago as a national organization seeking to offer minority children greater educational options, including publicly funded vouchers and public magnet schools.
