A 27-year-old Arab Terrorist from the Saraya al-Quds cell, a branch of Islamic Jihad, was killed in an accidental explosion in the northern Gaza Strip, said Ashraf al-Qidra, a spokesman for the Hamas-run Health Ministry said on Saturday.
