The publisher of a new critical edition of Mein Kampf has said that more copies of the Adolf Hitler manifesto will have to be printed due to enormous demand. "It's available like any other book, but because of the special circumstances there is a certain waiting time," a spokeswoman for the Institute of Contemporary History (IfZ) in Munich said.
