Hip-hop group OutKast will play Columbia's 3 Rivers Music Festival in April - and rumors to the contrary just aren't true. Organizers of the music festival have received a flood of calls from fans since Monday morning, when a WVOC radio announcer reported the group would not perform at 3 Rivers.
