SECRETARY OF THE SENATE VIOLATIONS The Secretary of the Senate has potentially committed the crimes of coercion, official misconduct, and obstructing government administration by threatening staff with firing and loss of employment if they participated in an official Senate Session. In doing so, he threatened the livelihood of staff members for carrying out official duties they are legally bound to perform.
