Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) predicted Sunday that the Supreme Court will send former President Trump’s immunity case back to the lower courts. “Well, I think the court’s gonna find that presidential immunity exists for President Trump like every other president, but you got to be within the scope of being president. I think they’ll send it back to the lower courts to find out exactly what actions fall within presidential immunity and what are considered personal. I think that’s the way this will end — there will be some immunity for some of the actions,” Graham said on CNN’s “State...

In early 2022, the US quickly emerged as one of Ukraine's most important military suppliers, supporting Kyiv with everything from artillery to armour & millions of rounds of artillery ammunition. In late 2023, that vital flow of supplies began to stall as debate in Congress continued. And as supplies ran short, Russian forces took advantage and ground the front forward in several places. Now, the US has passed a new package and the flow of supplies is resuming. In this video, we look at that package, examine its contents and ask what impact it might have as Ukraine reportedly faces...

dolf Hitler never won a majority in a free and open national election. He never received more than 37% of the vote in a free and open national election, but he argued that 37% represented 75% of 51%, and demanded political power. It was the political calculus by which the Nazi leader disabled, then dismantled, the Weimar Republic. Hitler exploited his 37% to gridlock legislative processes, to cudgel or crush the political opposition, and ultimately to undermine the country’s democratic structures. When Hitler had vowed in court, in September 1930, to destroy democracy through the democratic process, a judge asked,...

Retired Federal Judge J. Michael Luttig said Sunday on MSNBC’s “Velshi” that the Supreme Court was fiddling as former President Donald Trump’s immunity claims are an “existential threat to America’s democracy.” Luttig said, “The Supreme Court has now fiddled while the Rome has almost burned to the ground, all but trivializing the existential threat to America’s democracy and the rule of law facing the country. America’s democracy and rule of law are the heart and soul of the nation. It’s our democracy and the rule of law that have made America the beacon of freedom from the world for almost...

Donald Trump holds an impressive six-point lead over Joe Biden in the 2024 presidential race, according to the latest poll from CNN. Even more encouraging for Trump is that with the presence of third-party candidates, he leads Biden by a staggering nine points. CNN reports: Trump’s support in the poll among registered voters holds steady at 49% in a head-to-head matchup against Biden, the same as in CNN’s last national poll on the race in January, while Biden’s stands at 43%, not significantly different from January’s 45%. Looking back, 55% of all Americans now say they see Trump’s presidency as...

"But the other answering rebuked him, saying, Dost not thou fear God, seeing thou art in the same condemnation And we indeed justly; for we receive the due reward of our deeds: but this man hath done nothing amiss." "Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God." "I speak after the manner of men because of the infirmity of your flesh: for as ye have yielded your members servants to uncleanness and to iniquity unto...

Cyclists captured a Waymo robotaxi driving in an opposite travel lane against oncoming traffic for nearly two blocks in downtown San Francisco — a maneuver the company says the driverless vehicle took to avoid a potential collision. Footage of the incident, which happened about 9:30 p.m. Friday near Mission and First streets in SoMa, was posted on Reddit over the weekend. According to the videos, a Waymo robotaxi heading west crossed a double solid yellow line onto the eastbound lane closest to the median as it drove behind a crowd of people riding electric scooters and unicycles. The autonomous vehicle,...

AUSTIN, Texas — The University of Texas at Austin suspended the Palestine Solidarity Committee, a registered student group at the campus and a chapter of the national Students for Justice in Palestine. The move follows several campus protests last week that saw nearly 60 people arrested for criminal trespass. The arrests occurred on Wednesday after law enforcement orders to disperse and leave the central tower area of the campus were ignored. On Friday, after receiving formal notification from the university that the organization was being suspended, the group posted a message on Facebook encouraging supporters to contact the administration and...

U.S. intelligence agencies signal that Russian President Vladimir Putin may not have planned for Alexei Navalny to have died when he did, a new report said. The Wall Street Journal report said U.S. agencies have determined that Putin likely didn’t order Navalny to be killed in February, but it doesn’t entirely excuse him from responsibility. The determination has been shared and agreed upon by officials at the Central Intelligence Agency, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and the State Department’s intelligence unit. Navalny, a Russian opposition leader, rose to prominence for his campaign against corruption and Putin. When...

Vladimir Putin’s forces have made further gains in at least three locations along the eastern front in Ukraine – including for the first time in several months an advance in the northern Kharkiv region – highlighting again Kyiv’s need for ammunition and weapons from the United States and other allies. Russia’s tactical advances are now daily and reflect the new tempo on the battlefield since the fall of the industrial town of Avdiivka in February. The gains are generally modest -– from a few hundred meters of territory to perhaps a kilometer at most – but they are usually taking...

On Sunday, news broke that Joe Biden’s brother, Jim Biden, used his ties to the former Vice President to do business with terrorist-supporting regime Qatar and foreign investors to finance Americore Health LLC. As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, the House Oversight Committee’s investigation into the Biden family’s corruption uncovered a $200,000 direct payment to Joe Biden that they claimed was a “loan repayment.” However, there were no IRS records or loan documents to prove it. In 2018, Jim Biden received $600,000 in ‘loans’ from Americore Health LLC, a failing/bankrupt rural hospital operator. According to bankruptcy documents, Jim Biden received...

Judge Aileen Cannon unsealed an unredacted version of the FBI’s affidavit used to obtain a Mar-a-Lago search warrant. In August 2022 the Biden Justice Department released a highly redacted Trump raid affidavit. Media organizations asked to unseal the affidavit in support of the search warrant. Only a redacted version was previously unsealed. Last year Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart approved new aspects of the Trump Mar-a-Lago search warrant to be unsealed, however “the government agreed that a redacted version of the Response could be unsealed without compromising legitimate governmental interests,” Bruce Reinhart wrote in his order on motion to unseal. The...

A married woman with kids thanked Dr. Ben Carson at a Texas A&M university event last night for saving her life decades earlier. Dr. Carson, a former pediatric neurosurgeon at Johns Hopkins Children’s Center who later served in the Trump administration as the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, spoke at the Turning Point USA event. “God truly had his hands in this miracle,” Sara Bowker said. She was born with craniosynostosis, a condition where the skull improperly fuses together, according to Bowker. “You gave me the opportunity to graduate high school, college, and start graduate school, play competitive sports,...

Having a discussion with Mark Messmer candidate for 8th Congressional District on FB. The issue at hand is his voting record concerning illegal immigrants in Indiana. 1st issue is his support of a "Driver's Card" for illegals which died in commitee and therefore produces no voteing record. The 2nd issue is SB 135 in the year 2022 concerning in-state tuition for illegals at State Schools. The record I found at "Smart Vote.com" says he voted NAY, however a FOX NEWS report says he co-sponsered the bill. Does anyone have the facts on these two bills?
