Democrat-passed laws authorizing a 10-day voting season and permanent absentee voting status violate the Delaware Constitution, a state court ruled on Friday. Writing for the Superior Court of the State of Delaware, Judge Mark Conner determined that legislation enabling early and “permanent absentee” voting in Delaware elections does not comport with the state’s founding document. The lawsuit challenging the statutes in question was brought by the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) on behalf of Michael Mennella, an inspector of elections for the Delaware Department of Elections. State Election Commissioner Anthony Albence and the Delaware Department of Elections are defendants in...

The publisher describes the booklet as ‘a pocket-sized flip book that graphically models condom use between two men.’ But they are not ‘two men.’ They are a man and a teen. As such, the graphic booklet overtly suggests male homosexual pederasty. (LifeSiteNews) — Materials given to students to take home by a high school in Canada as part of a sex-ed program look less like they’re intended for educational purposes and more like a brazen attempt to groom vulnerable teen boys for sex with older males. Student mom Janine Stephanie Penner reported on Facebook that “My grade 10 son was...

There are brand new concerns about the Biden administration's interference in the 2024 presidential election. The Fulton County District Attorney’s Office admitted during a hearing last month that they communicated with the Biden White House as it built its case to prosecute Donald Trump. Now, sources have since come forward to reveal that the Biden administration allegedly placed a Democrat operative into Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis's office with the specific goal of targeting former President Donald Trump. The sources, who spoke to Breitbart News on the condition of anonymity due to fear of retribution, describe the District Attorney's...

In a matter of minutes, Shane Gillis deftly put to bed one of the most nefarious lies of the pro-abortion left: that killing preborn babies with Down syndrome is the merciful thing to do.Shane Gillis, the stand-up comedian who’s partly famous for being fired as a cast member from “Saturday Night Live” before he even debuted, was somehow invited back to host the show over the weekend. Of course, that honor allowed him to deliver the iconic monologue. For Gillis — surrounded by the unfunny scolds who fired him in 2019 in part for making the type of joke that’s...

The Department of Energy announced more than $350 million for rural renewable energy projects from the bipartisan infrastructure law funds Tuesday. On a call with reporters, Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm said the $366 million would be allocated across 17 projects in 20 states and 30 tribal nations. Twelve of the projects are on tribal lands, according to Granholm. “These projects showcase rural and remote communities [and] innovative approaches to clean energy deployment. They span technologies, they are replicable, they’re scalable, and they include everything from building micro grids for community health centers so they never lose power for lifesaving equipment,...

Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said Monday that "no compromise" was possible with his Hungarian and Slovak counterparts if they decline to openly support Ukraine facing Russia's invasion. Tusk will meet Czech, Hungarian and Slovak premiers Petr Fiala, Viktor Orban and Robert Fico in Prague on Tuesday at a meeting in the so-called Visegrad group. Support for Ukraine has sown division among the four-nation group of Central European nations -- all NATO and European Union members -- as Orban and Fico have criticised military support for Ukraine. Orban blocked a 50 billion euro EU aid package for months while Fico...

A conflict between Russia and NATO would be inevitable if Western troops go to Ukraine, Russian President Vladimir Putin's spokesman said today. The Kremlin's comments come after French President Emmanuel Macron did not rule out putting boots on the ground in Ukraine as Kyiv struggles to fend off Russia's full-scale invasion. While Macron noted that there was no consensus about troops at this stage, Ukraine has not asked allies for soldiers to fight its cause and other Western governments even scrambled Tuesday to insist troops were not set to be deployed, the mere suggestion sparked a furious response from Moscow....

A very brief inquiry into MSNBC’s theory of the natural rights of manThe other day, Politico writer Heidi Przybyla appeared on MSNBC’s “All In with Chris Hayes” to talk about the hysteria de jour, “Christian nationalism.” Donald Trump, she explained, has surrounded himself with an “extremist element of conservative Christians,” who were misrepresenting “so-called natural law” in their attempt to roll back abortion “rights” and other leftist policy preferences. What makes “Christian nationalists” different, she went on, was that they believe “our rights as Americans, as all human beings, don’t come from any earthly authority.”As numerous critics have already pointed...

Democratic presidential candidate and Minnesota Congressman Dean Phillips reasserted on X over the weekend that he would not pursue a third party bid for the presidency as it would help Republican Donald Trump. Phillips initially ruled out an independent or third party run, namely as a No Labels candidate, back in late January but then hinted at being open to a joint campaign with Republican Nikki Haley in a radio interview last week. “I think it’s a conversation that Ambassador Haley and I should have if that’s what this comes down to,” Phillips said to WCCO on Thursday when asked...

The lawsuit, which a federal appeals court recently ruled can move forward, relies on similar theories about dangerous product design, irresponsible marketing and reckless distribution as in opioid litigation, a law professor writes. legally responsible for the criminal activity of others is precisely the type of lawsuit that the federal immunity shield was designed to block. They argue that merely selling a product that someone later uses in a crime does not amount to a violation of federal law that would deprive a manufacturer of immunity. Additionally, the gun-makers assert that, even if Mexico’s lawsuit were not barred by the...

MSNBC contributor and former US Senator Claire McCaskill (D-Mo) chastised the New York Times for publishing an article titled "Fact-Checking Biden's Recent Economic Talking Points," saying "Joe Biden is trying to unite the country and save democracy. The media are granted a special status in the First Amendment. They have a moral obligation to return the favor by supporting his policies. So what if some of his remarks were misleading. This isn't something the general public needs to know. Raising the issue will only spur more discontent among voters and increase the chances he may lose the election." "I think...

Confidence! It’s what consumers DON’T have under Bidenomics. For the fourth straight month, The Conference Board revised its consumer confidence data significantly lower. In fact January’s was the biggest downward revision since Feb 2022. And Conference Board Consumer Confidence was DOWN to -3.90 in January, the worst since Feb 2022. It really isn’t surprising the consumer confidence stinks. Food prices (CPI) are UP 21% under Vacation Joe Biden. Diesel fuel prices are UP 90% under Listless Joe. Well, Biden’s appearance on (unfunny) Seth Myer’s Late Night Show certainly didn’t make me feel more confident about America’s future.

The migrant teen who allegedly shot a tourist and fired on NYPD officers in Times Square pleaded not guilty Monday to charges of attempted murder — as his lawyer begged the public to let the case play out in court, not on social media. “This case … has gotten a lot of media attention,” defense attorney Adrienne Doreen Edward said of the Feb. 8 shooting allegedly committed by 15-year-old Jesus Alejandro Rivas-Figueroa, of Venezuela. “I’m asking everybody to let this case play out in the courtroom — not on social media, or in the press, where it has taken on...
