For scholars of faith and history, it is a treasure trove too precious for price. This ancient collection of 70 tiny books, their lead pages bound with wire, could unlock some of the secrets of the earliest days of Christianity. Academics are divided as to their authenticity but say that if verified, they could prove as pivotal as the discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls in 1947.
Lines of inquiry: The metal tablets could change our understanding of the Bible
On pages not much bigger than a credit card, are images, symbols and words that appear to refer to the Messiah and, possibly even, to the Crucifixion and Resurrection. Adding to the intrigue, many of the books are sealed, prompting academics to speculate they are actually the lost collection of codices mentioned in the Bibles Book Of Revelation.

To expound on my earlier statement about Church before the Gospels were written, I'd like to post the Luke's introduction to his Gospel:
" Many have undertaken to draw up an account of the things that have been fulfilled among us, just as they were handed down to us by those who from the first were eyewitnesses and servants of the word. With this in mind, since I myself have carefully investigated everything from the beginning, I too decided to write an orderly account for you, most excellent Theophilus, so that you may know the certainty of the things you have been taught."We see that these are accounts from the early Christian community, Church; and that investigation, discernment and teaching has occurred before we come to the writing of this Gospel.
Hey, I get a kick out of the wacky one sided crap they put on the History channel. It gives me a chuckle. Don’t worry about me falling for that nonsense.
Not really Jewish, since the word “Jew” actually applies only to the tribe of Judah or residents of Judea.
Leviticus applied only under the Law of Moses, the Old Testament or covenant between Yahweh and the descendants of Abraham through his grandson Jacob, also known as Israel.
That old covenant was fulfilled by Christ and is obsolete, although many of its precepts and commands are repeated in the new covenant, which we know as the New Testament.
No one alive today is bound by the Levitical rules.
