Interesting, I am 77 years old, born and raised without parents. All my adult life I have been trying to get a birth certificate. Finally, 4 years ago I managed to get my delayed birth certificate. When I tried to get a passport card to go on a short cruise to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary I was told I cannot get one unless I have someone who can attest to my birth that was there. At my age, good luck on someone who is still alive. This is what is happening to our freedom. Paperwork upon paperwork just to be able to go or do something. It's a sad day that whatever happens our government reacts with another requirement. I feel for my great grandkids. God knows what they will faced with as adults.
Been this way for years and it is getting rapidly worse. People are racing to give away our freedoms for more security and stuff. We are doomed.
Gee over a year ago, no wonder I didn’t recognize that comment. 8>)
Why would you allow a LEO on your property? He can’t be there without your invite or a warrant,. Which does he have?
We are in the same class of 57 or 58. When America was still America.

Started with Bush after 9/11. The preposterous DHS, TSA, etc.
Nothing as tough as an orphan
We’re like a prisoner standing in the middle of his cell
shouting out through the bars, “I’m free! I’m free!”
Realizing this is the true ‘woke.’
I also am 77 and think my age is the last era to know freedom.
The most biting curse is: Hope you are young.
Yes.

Yes. All of those agencies. Also, I think that W telling us that Muslim is a religion of peace, encouraging us to be tolerant of them, was one critical event. At that point, they became revered and got more freedoms, and we were moved to a lower echelon with freedoms removed.
When America was still America.
