A Mormon temple never displays a cross. It never displays Jesus.

It does put a statue of an "angel of light" on the tallest point of the temple.

The "angel of light" appeared before John Smith and told him that God was originally a man, and that man could become like God.

What fallen angel of light would want to push that idea? Hint: 2 Cor 11:14.

The next time you see a picture of the Mormon Tabernacle in Salt Lake City, look for his statute standing at the highest point.

It never displays Jesus.

The public part of the Mormon temple in Silver Spring, MD has several pictures of Jesus: walking among the Israelites, riding a burro with the Incas, in the forest with the Shawnee...I don't agree with their theology, but let's stick to telling the truth.

I'm told that the Catholic Cathedral in Salt Lake City, which fronts on Temple Square, has a stained glass window which prominently features that particular Scripture passage. :-)

"It never displays Jesus. "

That is false. -- I have been in temples that have a large (15ft) painting of Jesus inside the entrance.

It never displays Jesus.

I've been in MANY temples and EVERY ONE of them have SEVERAL pictures of Christ. Pictures of the interior of the temples and the artwork in them are easlily found too and confirm you are wrong. You are ignorant or a liar, and either way you are offensive to the truth.

It's Joseph Smith, not John Smith.

So, you don't believe in angels, or what?

And didn't the Savior say "by their fruits ye shall know them"? Are you completely oblivious to the marvelous "fruits" borne by the tree that the Prophet Joseph Smith planted? Or are you one of these that Isaiah foresaw, who invariably see evil for good, and good for evil?

You might want to adjust your preconceptions. They're extremely inaccurate.
