‘Mrs. Greene's statement about leaving the Church is as enlightening as it is saddening,’ commented Michael Hichborn, president of the Lepanto Institute.
(LifeSiteNews) – Following criticism of comments she made about the U.S. Catholic bishops, conservative firebrand U.S. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene revealed that she was raised Catholic but left the Church “with great sorrow” when she had kids because she had concerns about the left-wing hierarchy protecting abusive priests.
“With great sorrow, and unwavering faith in Jesus Christ, I stopped attending Catholic Mass when I became a mother, because I realized that I could not trust the Church’s leadership to protect my children from pedophiles, and that they harbored monsters even in their own ranks,” the now-evangelical said in a lengthy statement.
The Georgia Republican was responding to the Catholic League’s Bill Donahue, who slammed her for suggesting in an interview with Church Militant’s Michael Voris that “Satan is controlling the Church.”
“The Church is not doing its job. And it’s not adhering to the teachings of Christ,” she added.
“It’s the Church leadership I was referring to when I invoked the Devil,” Greene clarified on Twitter. “Just so we’re clear, bishops, when I said ‘controlled by Satan,’ I wasn’t talking about the Catholic Church. I was talking about you.”
“The Catholic Church must throw out these monsters instead of lecturing the people its own bishops have driven away,” she continued, blasting the U.S. Catholic bishops as “some of the worst in the world” and “scheming bureaucrats in miters.” It was the “bishops’ wickedness” that drove her out of the Church, Greene said, and her own refusal to “submit the spiritual and physical livelihood of my children to these monsters.”
Greene, who is sometimes referred to as “MTG” (à la “AOC”), went on to say what many faithful Catholics who.......

There you go "thinking" again. That's when you're dangerous.
Last time I checked, we were no longer under the Old Covenant/ceremonial/ law. Every person who has ever lived will be judged by God, according to their works. Some will be going to heaven, some won’t. Those who commit willful, unrepentant lawlessness, won’t.
And...”until heaven and earth pass away, not a single jot, not a stroke of a pen, will disappear from the law until everything is accomplished.”
With the New Covenant, God’s laws are internalized into our hearts and minds. Judgment for breaking these laws (”the law, and the prophets”) is delayed until the end.
Hebrews 10:
26For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,
27But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.
28He that despised Moses’ law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:
29Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?
30For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people.
31It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.
Practicing witchcraft is certain to end in damnation.
12For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law: and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law;
13(For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified.
14For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves:
15Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another;)
16In the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according to my gospel.
Keep thinking bro. 🤭😀🤗👍
Then why do you harp on Sabbath worship only?
Surely this preceded the other stuff I just posted:
Exodus 20:8-11
8 “Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy. 9 Six days you shall labor and do all your work, 10 but the seventh day is a sabbath to the Lord your God.
On it you shall not do any work, neither you, nor your son or daughter, nor your male or female servant, nor your animals, nor any foreigner residing in your towns.
11 For in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, but he rested on the seventh day.
Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy.
——>Then why do you harp on Sabbath worship only?
Only? No, I “harp” on keeping all commandments of God. To willfully break them is lawlessness, INCLUDING the 4th. OSAS/OJAJ (like you?) say they are not required to keep God’s commandments (His law) in order to enter heaven. Big mistake.
God gave us His Sabbaths. They Belong to God, and we are told to keep them....Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy.
God gave His law to a people who never knew it (unlike Abraham, who PRECEDED the Israelites, and kept God’s commandments). They were captive in Egypt for 400 years. His law is the basis of the Old and New Covenants. It is also the basis of God’s Judgment. I just quoted Romans 2.
Soloman says the same thing:
Eccl 12:
13Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.
14For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.
Practicing witchcraft is lawlessness
Willfully breaking the Sabbath is lawlessness
Practicing Homosexuality is lawlessness
Eating unclean meat, as outlined in Leviticus, is lawlessness
Willfully breaking any of the moral 10 commandments is lawlessness
ETC...
Isa 8:
20To the law and to the testimony! If they do not speak according to this word, they have no light of dawn.
Matthew 5:
17Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
18For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
19Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
20For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.
Last time I checked, we were no longer under the Old Covenant/ceremonial/ law.
——>Then why do you harp on Sabbath worship only?
The Ceremonial laws, Types and Shadows, etc..., were abolished at the cross. The 7th day Sabbath was not. It is part of God’s moral law. You seem to think that ANYTHING old covenant was abolished. Wrong.
And then you do away with the very words of GOD for what reason?
Someone else told you they were done away with?
Yoda would say something on the order of the doublemindedness is great with this one.
Oh?
Show me that from the scriptures.
Heck, I'd take EGW saying it!
Oh, BTW. GOD said you don't have to worry about the sweat of your brow every seventh day.
(HE said HE'll explain more later...)
Men getting killed for having sex with an animal seems pretty damn MORAL to me!
What about the women and their poodles?
It was a sin THEN, and it’s a sin NOW.

Colossians 2:
16Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:
17WHICH ARE A SHADOW OF THINGS TO COME; but the body is of Christ.
Ref Ezekiel 45:17
17And it shall be the prince’s part to give burnt offerings, and meat offerings, and drink offerings, in the feasts, and in the new moons, and in the sabbaths, in all solemnities of the house of Israel: he shall prepare the sin offering, and the meat offering, and the burnt offering, and the peace offerings, to make reconciliation for the house of Israel.

1 THE CEREMONIAL LAW ABOLISHED
1.a. Of what was the ceremonial law a shadow or type? Galatians 3:19; Hebrews 9:9, 10; 10:1; Hebrews 8:5
Note: “Men who claim to be teachers of the people blind the eyes of the ignorant by blending the moral law with the ceremonial, and using the texts which speak of the ceremonial law to prove that the moral law has been abolished. This is a perversion of the Scriptures. There are two distinct laws brought to view. One is the law of types and shadows, which reached to the time of Christ, and ceased when type met antitype in His death. The other is the law of Jehovah, and is as abiding and changeless as His eternal throne. After the crucifixion, it was a denial of Christ for the Jews to continue to offer the burnt offerings and sacrifices which were typical of His death.” The Signs of the Times, July 29, 1886
1.b. How long was the ceremonial law to be in force? Galatians 3:19
Note: “But there is a law which was abolished, which Christ ‘took out of the way, nailing it to His cross.’ Paul calls it ‘the law of commandments contained in ordinances.’ This ceremonial law, given by God through Moses, with its sacrifices and ordinances, was to be binding upon the Hebrews until type met antitype in the death of Christ as the Lamb of God … .” The Signs of the Times, September 4, 1884
2.b. What does the apostle Paul say about keeping the ceremonial sabbaths which were “a shadow of good things to come”? Colossians 2:14–17
Note: “We have the types and the shadows in the ceremonial laws, and these were to last until they should meet the reality. The sacrificial offerings were continually revealing the fact that Christ was coming to our world, and when type met antitype in the death of Christ, then the sacrificial offerings, typifying Christ, were no more of any value, but the royal law of God could not be changed. … There is no shadow in the precepts of the decalogue. The ten commandments are not a type.” The Review and Herald, July 15, 1890
“The Lamb of God was a complete and perfect offering. Types and shadows, offerings and sacrifices had no virtue after Christ’s death on the cross; but God’s law was not crucified with the Saviour.” Ibid., October 10, 1899
“In the death of Christ, the sacrificial offering ceased. The ceremonial law was done away. But by the crucifixion the law of ten commandments was established. The gospel has not abrogated the law, nor detracted one tittle from its claims.” Ibid., June 26, 1900
——>Show me that from the scriptures.
Epheisans 2:15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, [even] the law of commandments [contained] in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, [so] making peace;
Wonderful day to not be a cultist, a false religionist, or any other trapped victim
