Join together with fellow FREEPERS to pray for AMERICA: For those in Authority in Government, Family, Military, Business, Healthcare, Education, Churches, and the Media.

I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession, and thanksgiving be made for everyone: for kings and all those in authority that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. ~ 1 Timothy 2:1-2

Father God, we come humbly but boldly before Your throne and continue to ask for revival to spread throughout the land. Our hope is in You to turn hearts and minds back to You and Your Word. There are many who are twisting and turning right into wrong just as it was in the days of old. The lies have not changed. The serpent, the father of lies, is still using his same old worn-out methods. But, many are still deceived by the lies.  Many are seeking the pleasures of this world and not looking to what is beyond. 

Vindicate us, O God, and plead our case against an ungodly nation; O deliver us from deceitful and unjust rulers! (Psalm 43)

Hear, O our God, how we are despised! Return their reproach on their own heads and give them up for plunder in a land of captivity. (Nehemiah 4:4)

Lord, please guide and protect the leaders who are fighting every day for things that line up with the Word of God. Give them strength and courage for the battle. Arm them with the sword of the spirit, the helmet of salvation, and the breastplate of righteousness. We ask for an increase in the number of prayer warriors. Train them up, Lord, and set their hearts of fire for You. Draw those who are already on the battlefield closer to You and give them a fresh touch.

Abba Father, we are again reminded to pray for the children. Please protect them from the evil that is prevalent in our society. Help guide them away from the evil and toward You. Cause their hearts to know right from wrong and give them the strength and courage to find the help they need.

You abide in the praises of your people so we bring You all our praise. We exalt and worship You. You alone are worthy of all praise. We glorify Your name and we ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus.

Lord, we lift up the few politicians in the midst who are not engaged in the war against Your Word. We ask for their protection, health, wisdom and discernment as they go into the viper pit each day. Give them strength to fight the good fight.
