Love endures long and is patient and kind; love never is envious nor boils over with jealousy, is not boastful or vainglorious, does not display itself haughtily. It is not conceited (arrogant and inflated with pride); it is not rude (unmannerly) and does not act unbecomingly. Love (God’s love in us) does not insist on its own rights or its own way, for it is not self-seeking; it is not touchy or fretful or resentful; it takes no account of the evil done to it [it pays no attention to a suffered wrong]. It does not rejoice at injustice and unrighteousness, but rejoices when right and truth prevail. Love bears up under anything and everything that comes, is ever ready to believe the best of every person, its hopes are fadeless under all circumstances, and it endures everything [without weakening]. Love never fails [never fades out or becomes obsolete or comes to an end]. As for prophecy (the gift of interpreting the divine will and purpose), it will be fulfilled and pass away; as for tongues, they will be destroyed and cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away [it will lose its value and be superseded by truth].

Your Love Never Fails

Father, You are perfect love. As we look at this tall order the Apostle Paul gave us, we choose to see this as a description of You because You are Love. How awesome You are. You believe the best of EVERY person. You never fail, never give up, never run out on us. Thank You for such grace.

You have told us that Your love in us, shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Spirit, also never fails. We put on that love today and pray for those who are attempting to destroy our Nation and her heritage. There are many names, but You know those people who come to each of our minds. Forgive us if we harbor resentment and anger for these people. We will take no account of the evil done to us and pay no attention to a suffered wrong, but cast the care of these people on You to bless them with understanding, revelation of Your grace and mercy and laborers with open doors of utterance. Our only request is that You remove them from positions of influence.

You have told us that the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the righteous. Much of the evil we see is succeeding because of money. Therefore, we pray that money would find its way into the hands of Your faithful ones who will use it to glorify Your Kingdom, defend us against legal iniquities and support those people You have called to serve us.

We treasure Your Word and Your promises. They are our sure foundation, and we are grateful. We are agreeing together today the way You told us to pray--in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Jesus, we ask You to let us see our enemies through Your eyes and love them like You do. Help us to bless others even when they hurt us.

Lord, Your word says, “let all that you do be done in love.” (1 Corinthians 16:14) We pray that 2020 will be the year of doing away with contempt for each other and filling it with love.

LORD, we praise You for the man You have seen fit to lead this nation.
He is like no other president in this life time.
He is actually working for YOU and US in making a difference.
We pray he will do Your will in eliminating the moles which make the foundation of this nation highly unstable. Please give him the necessities to erase Socialism, Satan’s curse, from this world.

Please watch over him and his, covering them with protective wings to keep them safe from all enemies.
We also think you for new messengers in spreading Your Word across the lands.

O! my FATHER, will You deny us justice?
The demons who overcame this nation and oppressed us for decades become stronger in their cruelty.
We ask that justice be served upon them.
We ask to be released from their grip and set free from enslavement.
Please hear our prayers and grant us freedom, serving them Your Justice and allowing us the truth as to what has been done to our America and her people.

As always, we pray for our brethren, ill and injured, that they be healed in spirit, mental, and physical health. “He calls them by name”
