..Steve Fletcher, who monitors events that could signal the end of mankind, believes the Rapture starts this weekend (9 June 2019)
He explained a number of factors had allowed him to pinpoint the end of times which coincides with Pentecost - a day commemorating the descent of the Holy Spirit upon the Apostles and other followers of Jesus Christ while they were in Jerusalem celebrating
He said: Ive been meditating on this.
Theres a connection to the Rapture in the spring and I do not think were going to [have to wait until] August.
I do see biblical reasonings why we should be out of here even before Pentecost.
There are biblical reasons to believe that we can and should and will be out of here for Pentecost.
He explains: Pentecost comes at the beginning of summer and is the only Levitical Feast Day between the three spring feasts (Passover, Unleavened Bread and First Fruits) and the three in the fall.
So Pentecost is considered summer, as it says in Exodus 34:22.
A detail that is shared in three gospels is Jesuss coming in summer.
Its pretty specific that we do not go into summer.
In Matthew 24:32 it says Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and pullets forth leaves ye know that summer is nigh. So likewise then ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.
We are coming upon summer .. but not in summer.
So this may indicate to us that [Rapture will come] just before Pentecost.

Man, the pre-Trib rap fans are hilarious with their non-Christian beliefs
Be careful bro and believe in Jesus
I like Peter quoting the OT Prophet Joel in Acts 2 as a sign of the times.
For me, there is no doubt that the signs of the time indicate we are there.
But knowing where we are just further emphasises the importance of following Jesus’s teachings. Focus on God, not what time it is.
Cut me some slack bro. It would appear you were not paying attention. Not surprising. I said anyone who goes around predicting dates, IS A FALSE PROPHET. I dont know for sure if the rapture is pre trib, mid trib or post trib, and I also said it was not my problem what you think about it.
By the way bro, since you are such a know it all. Who were the Nephilim? How did they get here? What did they do? Where did they go? Will they come again?
Have you started having assurance of salvation yet? I do. If you dont, sorry about that.
If anyone has/had the approximate time down for the End of the Age it is/was Isaac Newton. I can’t see this world surviving beyond 2060 or 2070 without the tribulation in progress.
The best part of these times is the increase in the presence of the Holy Spirit.
It is stronger than ever right now and getting stronger.
As I said to you before, I get it:
1. You hate the Pre-Tribulation Rapture
2. You love Brexit and the EU
My opinion is that the Pre-Tribulation Rapture will happen, and the Antichrist will set up his evil kingdom with the EU as the center of his power.
One of us is right, and one of us is wrong. Time will tell.
nah, I don’t hate either of those.
I just find the entire non-Christian belief of the pre-Trib rap so biblically false it is hilarious!
Don’t you realize how non-Christian it is?
well technically the Holy Spirit’s presence has been continuously there — the Holy Spirit is the reason that the Church was able to spread and convert the Roman Empire, a large chunk of the Persian empire - spread Christianity to Mongolia and to India by the 6th century.
The Holy Spirit also drove the spread of Christianity to Germans, Slavs, Celts, Norse, Magyar etc. etc.
When the Holy Spirit fully enters you the sound in your ears is like many trumpets. It is so loud that it is hard to hear over the inner noise.
As you pray and raise up in the Holy Spirit, the note’s tone changes to a higher frequency.
At my church their are many views of the end of the world. The head pastor, after laying out all of the various viewpoints said “And me? I believe in ‘Pan- Millinalism’. It will all pan out in the end.”
An associate pastor that I look up to pointed to some scripture in Revelation that shows the believers being there in the midst of all of the suffering. (No - I can’t pull it out right now.)
But he explained: “So you think that God is going to change things at the end!? I don’t think so. When has God ever plucked his believers out of the hard times!? Eygpt? The desert? Babylon? The Romans? The Holocaust? The believers were present during those hard times to point a way to the True God! Why would it be any different at the end times!? And YES - we are now in the end times. And have been since Christ was crucified. And while we have battles to fight - the war is already won!”
No, I don't.
Biblical hermeneutics absolutely supports the Pre-Tribulation view in my opinion.
The attribute changes in society are a direct result of the increased presence of the Holy Spirit.
When the strength of the Holy Spirit increases it also feels like we are burning in hell due to the high energies effect upon sin. It is a cleansing or refining fire that raises us up as the heavy sin is remove from us.
It is much simpler than most make it. Feel and experience it, as you can’t think your way through the process.
go back 2 lines - in Matt 24:28 “As the lightning comes from the east and sines as far as the west, so willb e the coming of the son of Man” - when Christ comes again there will be no need for a PR pre-Trib rap campaign.
The false messiahs who talk about Rapture will try to build a base of support but they are false.
In Matt 24:29 Jesus uses Jewish apocalyptic language to describe what will happen to those who will persecute the Christ followers during the Great Tribulation of AD 60 to 69 AD “Immediately after the tribulation of those days (the persecution of Christians in 60 AD by Jewish and Roman authorities), the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light, and the stars will fall from heaven, and the pwoers of the heavens will be shaken”
RApturinos look at these verses and claim that they must be fulfilled literally. They want to see the sun stop shining. They demand the spectacle of shooting stars. But THIS IGNORES how the Bible itself uses such language.
Apocalyptic prophecy repeatedly uses heavenly disruptions to describe political upheavels.
Even the Jewish literature that described the flal of Jerusalem AFTER it happened used this type of language to describe the events surrounding 70 AD
The SIBYLLINE ORACLES written around 75 AD says “He seized the divinely built Temple... For on his appearance the whole creation was shaken and kings perished (SO, 5:150-154)
There is nothing here in Matthew that is at all unlike the language of ISAIAH “The stars of the heavens and their constellations will not give their light; the sun will be dark at its rising and the moon will not shed its light... I will make the heavens tremble and the eath willb e shaken out of its place” (ISA 13:10-13) — Isaiah is predicting the DEFEAT OF BABYLON in 500 BC.
Jesus is foretelling the overthrow of the political dynasties of the Herodians, the Julio-Claudians and the High priests that persecuted Jesus Church.
Jesus draws a paralle between the “shaking” of Babylon in the OT and the “shaking” of Jerusalem of 30 to 70 AD (the persecutor of God’s New Covenant people).
John uses this backdrop for his third vision in his apocalypse
I dont know when it will be but I know it will be sooner than it was 30 minutes ago!!
And read Haggai 2:6-7
“Thus says the Lord of Hosts: once again, in a little while, I will shake the heavens and the earth and the sea and the drylands; and I will shake all the nations, so that the treasures of all nations shall come in, and I will fill this house with splendor, says the Lord of Hosts”
What is this “splendor”? This was Christ and the “house” was the New Covenant Temple, the Church.
Haggai was predicting the shaking or overthrow, of Jerusalem so that the “treasures fo all nations”, the Church could be revealed.
The shaking of Jerusalem in 70 AD cleared the way for the unimpeded growth of Christ’s Church
Peter in Acts 2 is talking about the Church of the Pentecost that was formed then. And the destruction of the temple in 69 AD leading to the explosive growth of Christianity - by 60 AD you already had Thomas teaching in India, Bartholomew in Britain and others in Ethiopia, in Central Asia etc.
Not gonna happen until the guy in the sandwich board comes back to herald it.
What’s scary is how far down the societies of the world will go down before He returns to set it right.
