I'm recovering from total hip replacement surgery myself, so I know what you're both going through. But fear not....a mighty fortress is our God, a trusty shield and weapon!

Abba Father, we humbly beseech thee to comfort, uphold, heal, sustain, and minister to these two saints as only You can do. We pray for these things in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Amen and amen!
He’s being operated on at 5.
He doesn’t want me driving down there in our sketchy truck so I’m to stay put until they transfer him back to the local hospital.
He doesn’t want to have worry about me on the road, the dogs left alone *and* himself.
So I’m just here, with a wicked neck and back ache that’s catching up with me, after having to carry/drag him around that night.
He’s really upset and depressed about not being able to start working again as soon as he thought he’d be able to.
He says it’s likely he’ll have to have further heart tests after this is done to find out the state of the bypass he had 9 years ago.
More to worry about.

Prayers for your husband and for you. May God heal him fully and hold you up in strength as you go through this.
He’s out of surgery and the doc said it went well.
And in true FR fashion, the doc called just as I jumped in the shower.
I’ve been staring at the phone all day and the patient info lady said be would be several more hours in surgery so I decided to hop in.
Best way to make a phone ring is get in the tub.
Thank you ALL for the prayers that got him through the surgery.
