I have to laugh or I’ll start screaming so here’s a funny Alice/Lenny story.
We went to see Alice on his Theatre Of Death tour, and they “kill” him *four* times in the show, by various methods.
20 minutes into the show, they guillotine Alice and as Alice’s “head” rolls across the stage, Lenny, not being familiar with the vaudeville shtick, looks up at me and asks “WTH? Is he not gonna sing anymore?”
I just blank stared.
“Uh, yeah, honey, he’s dead now and we can go home”

I definitely will be praying for your Lenny and you, as well.
Prayers up for Lenny, for you, and for all your critters large and small. May Almighty God see fit to heal Lenny without needing another heart surgery. May God in His Mercy grant you and Lenny strength and peace of mind to get through whatever gets thrown at you. His Grace can do what nothing else can; may He bestow it on your entire household.

I don't know your faith but I thought this may help.
I am "rebelling" with all my heart, FRiend.
ROFLMAOPIMP !!! OMG that is TOO FUNNY.
I spoke to him and his cardio doc looked at all the test results and cleared him for the hip pins and is not overly concerned.
There’s no talk of dire heart tests or anything else, so I’m hopeful and Lenny is living it up down there, with nurses dancing attendance on his every whim.
[I’m freaking out and he’s boisterously cheery]
I wish I could reply to everyone but I’m on my third day of no sleep and little food and I’ve ruined my contacts crying.

There are no words to express my DEEP gratitude to my FR family.
You’ve been with me for almost 20 years and you are ALL “home”.
I am going to try to get a bit of sleep, even if it’s just anxious naps.
I am SO exhausted.
I’m going to try and make the trip myself when I know he’s out of OR.
60 miles on terrifying I81 with a junky truck and no AC in 90 degree weather.
Might go down in the evening, just to avoid at least *one* of the horrors.
I’ll probably be up and down because I not only have to nap, I have to go console Seven often.
He’s spoiled that dog so rotten that she won’t eat her supper without their nightly bedtime ritual.
He always makes her supper and eats a little bowl of cereal just so she can slurp up the milk.
*Then* she eats her food.
I tried to fake it with just some milk but she is not buying it.
She loves him madly, almost as much as he loves her.
Hopefully, good night to all of you angels.
If sleep doesn’t happen, I’ll check in later.

Christian and Lenny is real trip.
He begrudgingly went to the first concert and happily, to the next two.
He was happier than I was when Alice pointedly “hit me with a stick” by tossing his cane right into my chest.
