Heavenly Father –
As we pass the celebration of the Fourth of July, may we praise You, Lord, for the Declaration of Independence.
Through the power of Your Spirit and Your Providence, You gave America the victory in the glorious cause of freedom and liberty.
We confess we have forgotten You, the Author of Liberty. As well as forgotten who we are.
We confess our ungrateful spirit as we have taken the freedoms and inalienable rights for granted. And as a result of the stupor of apathy and sin, our freedoms are stealthily stolen from us.
Today, may we remember the words of Thomas Jefferson:
May Your Spirit fill and empower President Trump and Vice President Pence. Grant them discernment, strength, and courage to do the right thing during these evil days.
May Your Spirit convict Your people and give them a heart of repentance. May that spark a revival and ignite another Great Awakening and bring healing in our land.
May God’s people stand their ground and fight for what is right as best we see the right. And if it be Your will, may America become great because our people put their trust in You.

Dear Father, let us as a people “Under God” always remember that freedom flows downstream from Faith. hear us Lord when we pray that “God bless America.” For Jesus sake we pray, with thanksgiving on this Independence Day to You and for those who glorified You when they gave the last, full measure of devotion to Your nation. it is the example of their great faith in America that helps sustain us today. Father, blessed Creator, we implore in Jesus' name an end to racial pot-stirring and animus in this land of freedom. Our Founders did not do what they did because they were white, but because they were Christians. May all American Christians stand together for our Founding principles. May the indoctrinated young rebel against lies and seek the truth. In His name, amen.

The Reagan speech was a great reminder of the courage we need going forward in order to preserve our Freedom.
Heavenly Father, give us the strength and courage to persevere in the face of the evil which would trade our liberty for enslavement to government. Keep our country from going the way of the communist. Awaken the American spirit to your Holy Spirit. We pray in Jesus Name.
