HOLY FATHER, The nation has recently seen much pain and suffering, yet we hold steadfast that this has come to pass in order that we may know Your intent for U.S. As You have told us, from this we will see something new to be born showing Your love and your power; that all is written and will be seen in Your time.
We pray that what we have seen will bring this nation together once again. Please continue to teach us that only by being united shall we stand. To stand separately will only cause us to perish. As moths are drawn to light, allow us to remember what can be accomplished when we travel the path You have laid before us.
We pray for our brethren afflicted by the storms upon the nation.
As always, we pray for our brethren, ill and injured, that they be healed in spirit, mental, and physical health. "He calls them by name"
We pray in JESUS' name.
Amen.

Father we ask for repair and restoration of our Nation in our brokenness.
Along with the Presidential Prayer Team we pray for a unity around Your wisdom and plan for the United States this afternoon with members of the Senate to discuss issues relating to trade. With U.S. Trade Representative Robert E. Lighthizer stating, “Our hope is that we are in the final weeks,” senators will be looking for ways to work with the president to improve the nation’s trade relationships around the world.
