Q. Can you explain about the incorruptibles? I know that some saints are given that designation, but is it part of the process of canonization? What does it mean spiritually if a body is incorrupt? Was St. John XXIII found to be incorrupt?

A. The normal process of decay for the human body, especially before embalming was common, was for the remains of a cadaver to be largely skeletonized within just a few years after death. In certain rare cases, however, the usual process of decay seems arrested and the bodies are preserved largely intact.
This fact has been observed in a number of cases regarding Catholic saints.
As part of the process of canonization, the bodily remains of the saints are usually exhumed and examined. In not a few cases, their bodies are found to have escaped the usual decay and corruption that is the lot of the typical human body, which returns to the dust from which it came.
In addition, there is sometimes a pleasant fragrance like roses emanating from the body of those found incorrupt.
Generally speaking, when the body of a candidate for sainthood is found incorrupt, this is looked upon favorably by the Church as a sign of sanctity since, implicitly, the individual has escaped the full consequences of the punishment due to sin. For Adam was told after he sinned, “For you are dust, / and to dust you shall return” (Gn 3:19).
However, to be sure, though incorruptibility is looked upon favorably, it is not an absolute requirement for canonization, for many canonized saints are not listed among the incorruptibles.
Further, natural phenomena — for example, lack of oxygen — can also explain the lengthy preservation of bodies.
Pope St. John XXIII’s body was found largely intact when exhumed. This was judged to be the result of unusually extensive embalming before his entombment.
But it is also important not to be misled by the term incorruptible.
It does not necessarily mean that the person looks exactly as they did the day the casket was closed. The usual condition of an incorruptible is more akin to a kind of mummified state. Though the skin and organs may be largely intact, and still flexible, most of the moisture of the body has departed, producing a mummified look.
Further, when one looks at the bodies of incorruptible saints in some of the churches of Europe, a wax mask of sorts often covers the face and hands.
Most notably, the beautiful face of St. Bernadette, the visionary of Lourdes, that people see when they visit Nevers, France, actually includes a wax mask that covers the face and hands of her incorrupt body. Her actual face has a more mummified appearance, as seen in photos of her exhumed body. Her body is incorrupt, but her face and hands (visible outside her habit) are not as moist and fully featured as when she was alive.
So we ought not have a notion that is too exaggerated about what an incorruptible body looks like. They have surely evaded the usual human condition which reduces us to dust and bones, but they seldom look like the very day they died.
But these souls presumed that the Lord was speaking about giving them His body that He took upon in His incarnation, and that was to be crucified, which, contrary to Gnosticism, was a body of real manifest flesh and blood, that thus would chemically test as human flesh and blood, versus some sort of metaphysical idea of flesh and blood that by all appearances and scientific texts was not flesh and blood at all.
But which is said to be so by a church that also imagines that kneeling before a statue and praising the entity it represented in the unseen world, beseeching such for Heavenly help, and making offerings to them, and giving glory and titles and ascribing attributes to such which are never given in Scripture to created beings (except to false gods), including having the uniquely Divine power glory to hear and respond to virtually infinite numbers of prayers individually addressed to them, is not worship, or at least blasphemy. More word games.
However, the Catholic construing of John 6 and the gospel accounts is simply untenable in the light of the totality of Scripture, especially the writings of John (who hardly manifestly describes the Last Supper), in which metaphorical language abounds and spiritual life is never obtained by literally physically eating anything, but is obtained by believing/receiving the words of Christ crucified and risen. And then living by obeying His word, as the Lord lived by the Father, which He explained was how one who eat and drank Him did. (Jn. 6:57; cf. 4:34; Mt. 4:4) See here by God's grace.

We agree Jesus said what he said in John 6. However, we don’t agree on the interpretation. The disciples didn’t agree on what Jesus meant, so many left.
Like so many things, non-Catholics disagree with the Catholic interpretation of Scripture. Side note: it was the Catholic Church who assembled the Canon of Scripture, and preserved its integrity.

It's a good thing the disciples, Paul, Timothy and others didn't feel this way.
When we reply to the false statements of catholicism it is not so much to that person we're replying to.

Jesus said "Without Me you can do nothing". In this crisis which looms ahead of us, Our Lady has told us that we need Her help, Her intercession. We must ask for Her help with the Rosary and the Scapular.
At Fatima, Our Lady told us very plainly that "Only I can help you". Today more than ever is this so true.
Pray the Rosary and sacrifice yourself for Our Lady.
I urge you to also make some sacrifices as Our Lady of Fatima asked us. For those who are able, do some fasting. If you can, abstain from meat by eating meat only during one meal a day. Try to do this for two days, even ten days or 30 days. Of course we should abstain totally from meat every Friday.
Jesus and Mary Our Hope

Let us be of good cheer and remember the words of Jesus to each of us, "It's never too late to have recourse to Jesus and Mary." (See "Hail Mary, Full of Grace"). Our Blessed Mother tells us to turn to Her in confidence. She tells us repeatedly to ask Her intercession through the frequent fervent praying of the Rosary. (See "The Rosary"). She tells us we must pray the Rosary every day. She wants us to pray it many times a day.

I recommend you read the whole of John 6. It should be clear the distinction Jesus makes between physical bread, and His body.
To presume my use of an excerpt is an artifice is really insulting. We may not agree but disagreement doesn’t make me a liar.
You confuse disagreement with falsehood. You may disagree, but that doesn’t mean there is an attempt at deception.
I suggest you read a secular history of the construction of the Canon of Scripture. You will find the only Christian Church assembled the Bible as a two volume anthology, completed by the mid fifth century.
Ah, but we should remember that catholiciism is not Christianity, for the god of that other religion is too weak to preserve Scripture so he needs the catholic hierarchy to do it for him. And that god is so small that he cannot save by the belief of someone in his promises, he needs a pagan priesthood serving rituals and pagan rites to finally decide who has been worthy of salvation and then only after he tortures their sins away in an imagined Purgatory. And in that other gospel, the adherents can shorten their ‘time’ in this purgatory by merely ‘venerating’ a goddess who they claim is the Mother of God. As we are being told now, it is not fair to hold this other religion tot he same measurement the Disciples taught for this other religion has its own private interpretation of Scriptures and if we do not bow to their interpretation, well then, it is we who are the lost tot he fod of their religion.
