Maybe you are interpreting those verses differently than I am. No one keeps the commandments perfectly. If keeping the commandments is what you think will get you into Heaven, so be it. You better never make a mistake. I do not agree with that. Again, perhaps we will have an eternal disagreement on that. I am OK with that. You are free to believe whatever you like. I may not agree with your interpretation, but you can think whatever you like. And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments. He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him.
