“Hebrews”? What kind of designation is that? Are you trying to say that JEWS prayed before J.C. while he was hanging on a cross? Any more fairy tales? BTW, most Messy-onic “Jews” are not Jewish at all. They are just deluded people who fell for a fast-talking recruiter.

What greater love is there than to speak the truth to a people separated from God, dying and hating the promised One, Who came to save them?

You have the right to your opinion. You do NOT have the right to proclaim that your opinion is the only correct one and that the beliefs of others are mistaken. That is disrespectful to people of other faiths. Just because YOU like chocolate ice cream doesn't mean that vanilla is not delicious. And doesn't mean that people who do not buy chocolate are in any way inferior. In my opinion, those people who have to peddle their religion by putting down the beliefs of others are no better than door-to-door salesmen. Anything worth following will be found by people without your help or that of similar-minded proselytizers coming round to try and ram it down their throats. Your actions simply serve to point out your own doubts about the quality of your creed.

Hebrew as in the Hebrew people ... Duh! Do you not know who the Jews are? Do you not know who the Hebrews are? Hand-face-palm!

Hate Messianic Jews much? Your comments on them gives away what is in your heart. Picture this.... God welcomes the Messianic Jews into His presence for their faithfulness and those who reject Him and His Messiah He casts into hell. That is repeatedly proclaimed and prophesied in the HEBREW Tanakh .

I certainly do have the right to say what is right and wrong, what is true and what is untrue. How liberal of you to suggest otherwise.

We are not discussing ice cream flavors, we are discussing God and His salvation, His truth and heaven and hell. If I did not believe what Christians must believe I would not be a Christian and I would not care that people are going to hell forever because they reject God and His salvation, Yeshua.

You want me to be the kind of Christian you want Christians to be, but I don’t follow you, I follow Jesus Christ the Messiah of Jews and gentiles.

Jesus loves you so much He died for you, I love you so much I won’t be silenced by your fear that what I say is true.

Amen, me too!

And yet the sad truth...

But not all the Israelites accepted the good news. For Isaiah says, “Lord, who has believed our message?” Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ.—Romans (10:16-17)

Discuss the issues all you want, but do not make it personal.

If you are a Christian, where is your love? Christ love is to abound out of us and that is manifest in the preaching of His gospel. Repent the Kingdom of God is at hand! Sound familiar? How about, "Behold the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world"?

Being silent when one has the Truth (Jesus said, "I am the truth") , is not love it is to not care enough to speak the truth...without love.

Love does not walk by itself in the kingdom of God, it walks with truth and kindness.

Psalm 25:10 All the paths of God are love, kindness and truth, for those who keep His covenant and His testimonies.

Do you keep His covenant and his testimonies?

Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD: And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might. And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thine hand, and they shall be as frontlets between thine eyes. And thou shalt write them upon the posts of thy house, and on thy gates.

Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am the LORD.

Master, which is the great commandment in the law? Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory: And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats: And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left. Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in: Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me. Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink? When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee? Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee? And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me. Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not. Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee? Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me. And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.

Matthew, Catholic chapter twenty two, Protestant verses thirty six to forty,

Yasher koach, Rabbi. Unfortunately you're trying to reason with the wind. It doesn't matter what the TaNa"KH says; all that matters is that the "new testament" is "part of the bible" and it goes no further than that.

The Rabbi also fails to realize that according to Orthodox/Catholic chrstians, J*sus did indeed fulfill all the messianic prophecies . . . metaphorically (ie, "spiritual kingdom," "spiritual Israel," etc.), while Fundamentalist Protestants insist all the prophecies will be fulfilled literally at the "second coming." According to the former, J*sus isn't a literal messiah at all and according to the latter, he isn't but will be at some time in the future.

This was pretty good for Jews for Judaism. As I understand it, they are "multidenominational" (ie, composed of all "branches of Judaism," including the non-Orthodox). I've never had much use for them because of that, but I must admit this was pretty good.

Oh, and as for all those chrstians who are sure to be claiming that all that matters is descent from the mother, that applies only to Jewishness (the Jewish soul). Everything else--family, inheritance, tribe, priesthood, kingship--must come through the patrilineal line. But of course, this doesn't matter. After all, "the 'new testament' is part of the bible!" 'Ekh!

I'll bet this one gives you sleepless nights.

Luke 14:26 "If anyone comes to me and does not hate father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters--yes, even their own life--such a person cannot be my disciple.

As a lamb to the slaughter.

The lamb was the foreshadowing of the Messiah.

And scripture records the Messiah laid His life down on Passover, the 14th day of the 1st month.

Rome teaches it was Good Friday..

Maybe that is christendom’s problem..

Last year Passover was on a Monday.. nowhere near Rome’s template..
And maybe that is judiasm’s problem because they follow Rome’s calendar for their own sabbath..

Lots of blindness to go around that centers in Rome..

Maybe those first reformers were on to something when they pegged Rome, papacy as the seat of the substitute Christ..
And Daniel was right about a piece that comes out of Rome would think to change times and laws..

There is a type of replacement theology that gets that crazy.

Christians believe Jesus was the Messiah, is the Messiah and will always be the Messiah, not that he will someday become the Messiah. Where did you get such an idea about Christians and their belief in Jesus the Messiah?

Jesus is eternal, always was and always will be, He is God.
