The reason for this article is to determine if the worship/veneration given to Mary by the catholic church is justified from a Biblical perspective. This will be evaluated using the Biblical standard and not mans standard.
Still...
So far; so good!
Did you not read Acts 15?
And we all do once we leave the RCC and have our spiritual eyes opened.
Of course, we’re no longer in a position of violating God’s command by participating in a religious system’s practices and so it’s easier to admit what it really is.
No one wants to admit that they’re sinning, so as humankind is sooooo prone to do, they rationalize it way, excuse it, justify it.
Same with the calling their priests *Father*. Jesus is crystal clear about *Call no man on earth Father*, using the title to address religious leaders, and yet not one Catholic that I have ever met admits that they are disobeying a clear, concise, unambiguous command of Jesus.
Mormons, Muslims, and Catholics. I see a trend there.
Judas was the treasurer for the apostles before Jesus died and rose again.
The church essentially began at Pentecost, when the disciples were infused with power from on high.
Judas was long gone by then and was never baptized in the Holy Spirit as the other 120 were.

424 Moved by the grace of the Holy Spirit and drawn by the Father, we believe in Jesus and confess: You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.8 On the rock of this faith confessed by St. Peter, Christ built his Church.9 (683, 552)
Why do you twist words? "Putting blood in your body"?? No one here said that. Scripture is clear about not eating blood. Jesus was born under the law and clearly under the prohibition of eating blood when Catholics claim He did so and encouraged other Jews to do the same. It would have been a clear violation of the law and a sin.
1 Now the feast of unleavened bread, which is called the pasch, was at hand.
2 And the chief priests and the scribes sought how they might put Jesus to death: but they feared the people.
3 And Satan entered into Judas, who was surnamed Iscariot, one of the twelve.
4 And he went, and discoursed with the chief priests and the magistrates, how he might betray him to them.
5 And they were glad, and covenanted to give him money.
6 And he promised. And he sought opportunity to betray him in the absence of the multitude.
7 And the day of the unleavened bread came, on which it was necessary that the pasch should be killed.
8 And he sent Peter and John, saying: Go, and prepare for us the pasch, that we may eat.
9 But they said: Where wilt thou that we prepare?
10 And he said to them: Behold, as you go into the city, there shall meet you a man carrying a pitcher of water: follow him into the house where he entereth in.
11 And you shall say to the goodman of the house: The master saith to thee, Where is the guest chamber, where I may eat the pasch with my disciples?
12 And he will shew you a large dining room, furnished; and there prepare.
13 And they going, found as he had said to them, and made ready the pasch.
14 And when the hour was come, he sat down, and the twelve apostles with him.
15 And he said to them: With desire I have desired to eat this pasch with you, before I suffer.
16 For I say to you, that from this time I will not eat it, till it be fulfilled in the kingdom of God.
17 And having taken the chalice, he gave thanks, and said: Take, and divide it among you:
18 For I say to you, that I will not drink of the fruit of the vine, till the kingdom of God come.
19 And taking bread, he gave thanks, and brake; and gave to them, saying: This is my body, which is given for you. Do this for a commemoration of me.
20 In like manner the chalice also, after he had supped, saying: This is the chalice, the new testament in my blood, which shall be shed for you.
21 But yet behold, the hand of him that betrayeth me is with me on the table.
Ah... Denial...
Uh... the My belief part?
So also say the Muslims and the Mormons.
So, Bob; when did you officially abandon Islam and become a Catholic?
The Holy Spirit through scripture only uses “full of grace” for Jesus and Stephen.
We have; it ain't.
If it were, you could point to it.
The first Pope was talking about you.
And he was SUCH a great teacher; too!
Galatians 2:11
When Cephas came to Antioch, I opposed him to his face, because he stood condemned
