“Sola Scriptura”
Show me in the Bible where the word Sola Sciptura is mentioned. Tradition came WAY BEFORE words were put in print, by the Catholic Church I might add.

Tradition came WAY BEFORE words were put in print, by the Catholic Church I might add. Tradition was put into words by Moses. But I guess the Catholic Church was in existence before Abraham or Moses according to you.

Luk 4:17 And the scroll of the prophet Isaiah was given to him. He unrolled the scroll and found the place where it was written, Luk 4:18 "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed,
Luk 4:19 to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor."
Luk 4:20 And he rolled up the scroll and gave it back to the attendant and sat down. And the eyes of all in the synagogue were fixed on him.
Well, it seems printed copies were around even before the Church was formed. Perhaps "all eyes were fixed on" our Lord because He was reading from the text instead of listening to their traditions. But then, after all, our Lord never had very nice things to say about the leaders' traditions.
