Excerpts:
Matthew 7:15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
Kings 13:18 The old prophet answered, "I too am a prophet, as you are. And an angel said to me by the word of the LORD: 'Bring him back with you to your house so that he may eat bread and drink water.'" (But he was lying to him.)
Jeremiah 23:16 This is what the LORD Almighty says: "Do not listen to what the prophets are prophesying to you; they fill you with false hopes. They speak visions from their own minds, not from the mouth of the LORD.
Ezekiel 22:27 Her officials within her are like wolves tearing their prey; they shed blood and kill people to make unjust gain.
Daniel 11:34 When they fall, they will receive a little help, and many who are not sincere will join them.
Matthew 7:14 But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.
Matthew 24:11 and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people.
Matthew 24:24 For false Christs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and miracles to deceive even the elect--if that were possible.
Mark 13:22 For false Christs and false prophets will appear and perform signs and miracles to deceive the elect--if that were possible.
Luke 6:26 Woe to you when all men speak well of you, for that is how their fathers treated the false prophets.
John 10:12 The hired hand is not the shepherd who owns the sheep. So when he sees the wolf coming, he abandons the sheep and runs away. Then the wolf attacks the flock and scatters it.
Acts 13:6 They traveled through the whole island until they came to Paphos. There they met a Jewish sorcerer and false prophet named Bar-Jesus,
Acts 20:29 I know that after I leave, savage wolves will come in among you and will not spare the flock.
Romans 16:17 I urge you, brothers, to watch out for those who cause divisions and put obstacles in your way that are contrary to the teaching you have learned. Keep away from them.
2 Timothy 3:5 having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with them.
2 Peter 2:1 But there were also false prophets among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you. They will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the sovereign Lord who bought them--bringing swift destruction on themselves.
1 John 4:1 Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world.
Revelation 16:13 Then I saw three evil spirits that looked like frogs; they came out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast and out of the mouth of the false prophet.
Revelation 19:20 But the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who had performed the miraculous signs on his behalf. With these signs he had deluded those who had received the mark of the beast and worshiped his image. The two of them were thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur.
Revelation 20:10 And the devil, who deceived them, was thrown into the lake of burning sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet had been thrown. They will be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

We ANTI's (as we are lovingly called) have a LOOOONG history of battle here with MORMONs who do not like anyone to buck up against them.
Both sides are well aware of the references given.
RECORD:
Actually, you now have the answers. I didn't Google, but I welcome you to read ALL sources and you'll find out that my rather tongue-in-cheek answers were correct. The circumstances of the death of Brigham Young are still considered something of a mystery. It's not 100% certain he was poisoned by a wife, but it's almost certain he died of arsenic poisoning due to arsenic administered over a long period of time. After his death, the LDS-owned Deseret News reported it was appendicitis to quell long rumors that he was poisoned. The story gets longer after it involves the grandson of another LDS prophet, and private writings of LDS physicians. He was poisoned. But it's not the kind of thing you want to tell your Church members about your prophet.
Galatians 1:6-9 6 I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting him who called you in the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel 7 not that there is another one, but there are some who trouble you and want to distort the gospel of Christ. 8 But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach to you a gospel contrary to the one we preached to you, let him be accursed. 9 As we have said before, so now I say again: If anyone is preaching to you a gospel contrary to the one you received, let him be accursed.
Jesus said that He was the Father.
John 14:8-9 8 Philip said to him, Lord, show us the Father, and it is enough for us. 9 Jesus said to him, Have I been with you so long, and you still do not know me, Philip? Whoever has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, Show us the Father?
John 10:29-33 29 My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father's hand. 30 I and the Father are one.
31 The Jews picked up stones again to stone him. 32 Jesus answered them, I have shown you many good works from the Father; for which of them are you going to stone me? 33 The Jews answered him, It is not for a good work that we are going to stone you but for blasphemy, because you, being a man, make yourself God.
Preaching a different Jesus, one who is a separate entity from the Jesus of the NT is preaching another Christ. Jesus is not the half-brother of Satan by God's union with His spirit wives.
Emmanuel = God with us; God come in the flesh.
Merry Christmas, Jim. Yes, it applies to Joseph Smith, Jr., Brigham Young, and all of the other ‘Presidents”/”Prophets” of the Corporation of the President of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
Ah, Elsie. What you post is spot on. I dinna ever disagree with that. What I disagree with is that ALL Mormons are the same. Just as any other religious group are ALL the same. And shouldn’t be lumped into one defining category. Just like so many things in life, people are forced by circumstance. And the face they show the world isn’t what is in their hearts.
Merry Christmas, Elsie. Merry Christmas.
Say what?
He started out killing all of Job's servants. Then he killed Job's sons and daughters. That was just the first attack by this "not quite bad guy".
Job 2:7 So Satan went out from the presence of the LORD and afflicted Job with painful sores from the soles of his feet to the crown of his head.
The torture went on for a long time. Job's skin turned black and he burned with fever. He wandered the countryside at night because of the pain.
Satan tormented this man simply because he was faithful to God. He did this in an attempt to get him to curse God. He tried to drive a man from God. This is the ultimate in hatred.
By the way, God made hell especially for this guy. Then He will also say to those on the left hand, 'Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels' (Matthew 25:41).
Jesus' brother?
False Mormon prophets placemarker
“I do not understand how so many would believe what they believe that satan was Jesus brother ????!!!”
Who created satan?
Jim, I don’t think you will be flamed very much as most of the Mormons have been banned from this site. You will get nothing but pats on the back by the anti Mormon brigade, and they are legion.
That is one of the bravest posts I’ve ever read. Make up your own religion, then bet your eternal soul on it being right.
What are you talking about?
So Jesus was lying when He talked about hell and eternal torment and few there are that find eternal life?
Who knew?
I think that qualifies you as a false prophet.
Hmmm.... let me see. Do I believe Jesus or you?
Satan created Satan. God created Lucifer who chose to sin which transformed him from a beautiful angel to a fallen Satan.
You believe what you want. More importantly, believe what others tell you.
You ought to be smart enough to apply context.
Another one.
I bow my head and knee.
Merry Christmas to you and yours.
