I just got this email. The person who sent it is not here on FR, but she has a good heart.
Whitney & Jason are friends with a couple that have 2 sets of twins ages 3 and 16 mo. — Julianna & Travis. Travis is in the Army and is very ill. He (as best I understand it) has a mass is each lung. The one in the left lung is growing. They have been unable to diagnose or treat him. He is in so much pain it is hard for him to go on. The pain is in his lungs and heart. He is 25 years old!! We can only imagine the load Julianna carries! I am soooo concerned for them. Please, please pray for them!

Dear God, who suffered torment, agony, and death upon the Cross to free our souls from the chains of iniquity, protect and defend our troops. Guide them in the performance of their duties. Strengthen them to endure hard-ship, danger and deprivation in Your service.
If it be Thy will, send They healing grace down upon this soldier and return him to his family. This I pray in the name of Thy Five Sacred Wounds, and the grievous Wound on Thy shoulder from bearing Thy cross, which was revealed to St. Bernard as more painful than the other Wounds and which is not recorded by men.
