And can studying NASAs website provide evidence for such a scenario?
A minister who promotes the Old Testament roots of Christianity suggests a rare string of lunar and solar eclipses said to fall on Gods annual holy days seven years from now could herald whats come to be known as the Second Coming of Jesus.
God wants us to look at the biblical calendar, says Mark Biltz, pastor of El Shaddai Ministries in Bonney Lake, Wash. The reason we need to be watching is [because] He will signal His appearance. But we have to know what to be watching as well. So we need to be watching the biblical holidays.
In a video interview on the Prophecy in the News website, Biltz said hes been studying prophecies that focus on the sun and moon, even going back to the book of Genesis where it states the lights in the sky would be be for signs, and for seasons.
He states after 2015 there are no more Eclipses that fall on the Jewish Passover ever.
This would mean coming this fall would be the Final Tribulation marking Daniel's 70th week. (The last 7 years)
Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government ping.
Biltz says, You have the religious year beginning with the total solar eclipse, two weeks later a total lunar eclipse on Passover, and then the civil year beginning with the solar eclipse followed two weeks later by another total blood red moon on the Feast of Succoth all in 2015.
If you think that this is a coincidence, I want you to know that its time! exclaimed Prophecy in the News host J.R. Church. There are no more of these for the rest of the century.
He’s off by 1,945 years.
That’s 7 years from now. That means the rapture will happen before the year is out. The second coming has to be at least 7 years after the rapture.
I think there’s something in the Bible about no man knowing the day or hour. In other words, the only way this guy is right is if by blind luck.
Assuming there will be a pre-trib rapture. This is not a universal belief among christians, myself included.
Rev 22:20 Amen.
Ping and any thoughts?
That would be November 4th and the Olympics in Chicago is when?
Some interesting points, including an attempt to refute common views of “day or hour” quotes from Scripture.
I am not convinced, and I am not pre-trib so 7 years deal has no meaning for me.
But, who knows. It seems like we have been waiting for the second coming for forever. In God’s timing, barely a day has passed......it could still be 10,000 years from now.
REPENT
The end is near!
“This would mean coming this fall would be the Final Tribulation marking Daniel’s 70th week. (The last 7 years)”
This applies only if one buys into the false construct known as dispensationalism.
Actually, it will apply if it’s true. What one believes about it is immaterial.
susie
Christ will return only ONE time - for His church and to judge the world. The ‘secret rapture’ is a fabrication not found in Scripture.
No, in God's time, two days have passed and we're into the third day...Or if you count from Genesis 1, we are just into the 7th day...The day of REST...
And how long is a day to God??? One day is 1000 years...A MILLENIUM...
Arthur: I am your king!
Woman: Well I didn’t vote for you!
Arthur: You don’t vote for kings.
Woman: Well how’d you become king then?
[Angelic music plays...]
Arthur: The Lady of the Lake, her arm clad in the purest shimmering samite held aloft Excalibur from the bosom of the water, signifying by divine providence that I, Arthur, was to carry Excalibur. THAT is why I am your king!
Dennis: (interrupting) Listen, strange women lyin’ in ponds distributin’ swords is no basis for a system of government! Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcicial aquatic ceremony!
Arthur: Be quiet!
Dennis: Oh but you can’t expect to wield supreme executive power just because some watery tart threw a sword at you!
Arthur: SHUT UP!
This applies whether you buy into it or not...
September 29, 2008 at sunset
