You forgot the biggie: you no longer have to defend the historicity of Genesis, Esther, Daniel, and Jonah from atheists since Catholics believe they are myths anyway.

I think there’s a reason nuns tend not to be pretty...

You've got to be kidding......I attended Catholic schools for 9 of my grade school/high school years and can picture only two or three that weren't attractive women.During those years, of course, I attended many intra-school functions at other Catholic schools and the same applied.

I have attended Eastern Orthodox liturgies and they are beautiful. The problem is they lack being in communion with the Seat of Peter. This is why I am Catholic.

The reason that you were perfectly justified in your attendance at an eastern liturgy is that they, and Rome are indeed in communion with one another. Their basic disagreement is , of course, the leadership role. Their Sacraments, as are ours, valid and their Eucharist is, of course, genuine..When their human leaders can again come together in harmony, all will be well.
