PROPHETIC SIGNS THAT WE ARE IN THE END TIMES [A good summary of SOME key evidences--QX]

The Bible gives many examples of signs that should warn us of the coming end of the age. Six such signs are given by Jesus, two characteristics are given by Paul, and eleven other occurrences are given by the prophets to occur prior to or soon after the end of the age. While we are also told we will not know the time of the End, God obviously wanted us to know when that time was getting closer. As the Christian church is increasingly drawn into the interfaith movement, and as more and more churches go into isolation, preparing to sleep through the growing attacks on their faith, perhaps God knew it would take a few signs to wake us up and remind us that we have work to do.

Unfortunately, many Christians take the verses that tell us we won't know the time of His coming to mean they should ignore any and all scripture that might warn us of this time of tribulation. Others have fallen into the trap of fearing being labeled a "conspiracy theorist" should they display an interest in the Biblical prophecies about our future on Earth. My philosophy is simple. God included it in the Bible and, since God is all knowing, we should trust that it is something we should know and study along with the rest of His Word.

It is increasingly obvious that the time of our Lord's coming is drawing near. Prophecy is being fulfilled daily, and at a faster pace than ever before. Whether you believe in a pre-tribulation rapture, or believe Christians will be witness to the full tribulation, wrath, and final judgments, matters not. The beginning of birth pains and the signs of the times should have the same effect on all of us. It should motivate us to save as many souls as we can in the time that we have left. The Great Commission tells us to be disciples to all nations, bringing the message of salvation through Christ to all people. If the Church is raptured before the tribulation, it is important that we leave behind an explanation for the trials and judgments those left behind will face. How else will they recognize the deception of the anti-Christ and seek instead the truth of the Bible? If we are to endure the tribulation along side them, we will need to be prepared to not only share the message of salvation, but share with them the reasons for God's judgment and hold it up as further proof of their need to be saved.

Below is a study of the prophetic signs God gave us as a warning of the approaching end of the age. Many of them are being fulfilled now and many will be fulfilled in the near future. I would encourage you to study prophecy, know what is coming and be prepared to share it with others.

In Matthew24:3 Jesus was asked, "Tell us, when will these things be, and what will be the sign of your coming, and of the end of the age?" Jesus told his apostles to look for the following signs prior to his second coming and the end of the age.

Matthew 24:5 "For many will come in my name, saying, I am Christ, and will mislead many."

In the last several years many have claimed to be the Messiah. Jim Jones and David Koresh are examples of these false christs as well as countless others who are not as newsworthy. These false prophets are a prelude to the ultimate false christ, the antichrist. Many New Age groups, some even NGO's working for the United Nations, are anxiously awaiting the antichrist, preparing the way for his acceptance as the head of the hierarchy of gods and the one who will usher in world peace.

Matthew 24:6 "And you will be hearing of wars and rumors of wars; see that you are not frightened, for those things must take place, but that is not yet the end."

Rumors of wars in all areas of the world now occur frequently thanks to instant media coverage and the availability of a multitude of 24-hour news sources.

Matthew 24:7 "For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and in various places there will be famines and earthquakes."

More people have been killed in warfare in this century than at any other time in history. As the death toll rises in the Middle East, more and more countries work feverishly to develop devastating weapons of mass destruction. Add to that the expanding threat of terrorism and unpredictable dictators such as Saddam Hussein, and the potential for the outbreak of war exists in nations, kingdoms and places across the globe.

Matthew 24:7 "For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and in various places there will be famines and earthquakes."

As white, Christian farmers are driven out of Africa in increasing numbers, and foreigners move in to replace life-sustaining crops with poppies that now supply 25% of the worlds drugs, famine spreads across the African continent. The undernourished are not limited to Africa, however. A large portion of the worlds 5 billion people suffers from a shortage of food.

Matthew 24:7 "For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and in various places there will be famines and earthquakes."

The number and intensity of earthquakes this century is at a level higher than any other time in history. A staggering number of seismic events occur around the world daily. The earthquake seismic monitor IRIS shows all major earthquakes for the last year. Indicated by yellow and red circles, the seismic events of the last 15 days provides strong evidence of the fulfillment of Matthew 24:7 in our day. By contrast, in the years from 1890 to 1900 there was only one major earthquake in the world.

Matthew 24:8-9 "But all these things are merely the beginning of birth pangs. Then they will deliver you to tribulation, and will kill you, and you will be hated by all nations on account of my name."

Christians are under attack throughout the world today. In the United States Christians still enjoy freedom to worship God without suffering much more than ridicule, hatred, or discrimination at work and school. However in many other countries such as China, Sudan, Africa, Saudi Arabia, Korea, Russia, and many Muslim nations, Christian suffer much greater persecution and often times death for their faith. During the tribulation this suffering will be worldwide and will continue even to the point of martyrdom. These first 5 signs will increase in intensity and severity as the tribulation approaches, much like the birth pangs or contractions of a pregnant woman worsen as the delivery time approaches.

Matthew 24:14 "And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in the whole world for a witness to all the nations, and then the end shall come."

This prophecy has already been fulfilled through television, radio, missionaries, the translation of the Bible into many languages, and the internet. People all over the world now hear the message of Christ from missionaries who have the means to travel the globe, and via technology that allows us to communicate with people on the other side of the world right from our own homes, churches and offices.

II Timothy 3:1-5,7 "But realize this, that in the last days difficult times will come. For men will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, malicious gossips, without self-control, brutal, haters of good, treacherous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of god; holding to a form of godliness, although they have denied its power; always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth."

For anyone who has watched television, read a newspaper, lost a retirement to corporate greed and corruption, or just walked outside their front door, it is obvious this prophecy has been fulfilled by our generation. Our leaders are often corrupt; our cities are filled with crime, brutality, and neon signs proclaiming our sinful, godless nature. The New Age Movement brings in increasing numbers of mystics who claim to be the enlightened ones. They are some of the most educated and influential people in our societies, and yet the most lacking in real truth.

I Timothy 4:1-3 "But the spirit explicitly says that in later times some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to deceitful spirits and doctrines of demons. By means of the hypocrisy of liars seared in their own conscience as with a branding iron, men who forbid marriage and advocate abstaining from foods which God has created to be gratefully shared in by those who believe and know the truth."

Churches today are becoming more and more ecumenical, embracing the New Age interfaith agenda, and denying Christ as the only way to salvation. Giving in to the politically correct media and a corrupt society, they have embrace homosexuality as an acceptable alternate lifestyle and preach tolerance and compromise in place of God's truth for the salvation of the world. The environmentalist movement within the New Age movement lures them into a worship of mother earth, belief in past lives, reincarnation, and Karma while demonizing all those who would eat the meat God gave us as nourishment for our bodies.

Revelation 9:16 "And the number of the armies of the horsemen was two hundred million; I heard the number of them."

An army of that size had never existed until China's army reached that number in the 1960's.

Daniel 2:32-33 "The head of the statue was made of fine gold, its breast and its arms of silver, its belly and its thighs of bronze, its legs of iron, its feet partly of iron and partly of clay."

Daniel 2:40-43 "Then there will be a fourth kingdom as strong as iron; inasmuch as iron crushes and shatters all things, so like iron that breaks in pieces, it will crush and break all these in pieces. And in that you saw the feet and toes, partly of potter's clay and partly of iron, it will be a divided kingdom; but it will have the toughness of iron, and partly of pottery, so some of the kingdom will be strong and part of it will be brittle. And in that you saw the iron mixed with clay, they will combine with one another in the seed of men; but they will not adhere to one another, even as iron does not combine with pottery."

The fourth kingdom of iron is the Roman empire according to Daniel's interpretation of King Nebuchadnezzar's dream. The two legs are the division of the Roman empire into an eastern portion called the Byzantine empire which ended in the 1400's and a western portion based in Rome which ended in the 400's. The nations of Europe since the Roman empire dissolved have never adhered or formed one empire but continue as separate nations, however, the European Union now has 15 Member States and is preparing for the accession of 13 eastern and southern European countries.

Zephaniah 3:9 "For then I will return to the people a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of the Lord, to serve him with one consent."

Prior to the restoration of Israel in 1948, Hebrew was a dead language. Now Hebrew is spoken throughout Israel.

4. REBUILDING OF THE TEMPLE, RESTORATION OF TEMPLE WORSHIP AND ANIMAL SACRIFICES IN JERUSALEM

For several end time prophecies to be fulfilled, the temple will have to be rebuilt.

Revelation 11:2 "Leave out the court which is outside the temple and do not measure it, for it has been given to the nations; and they will tread under foot the oly city for forty-two months."

Daniel 9:27 "And he will make a firm covenant with the many for one week, but in the middle of the week he will put a stop to sacrifice and grain offering; and on the wing of abominations will come one who makes desolation, even until a complete destruction, one that is decreed, is poured out on the one who makes desolate."

Daniel 9:26 "Then after the sixty-two weeks the Messiah will be cut off and have nothing, and the people of the prince who is to come will destroy the city and the sanctuary."

Some archeologists believe that the temple mount is actually 340 feet south of the Dome of the Rock site, putting the Dome of the Rock within the Court of the Gentiles. This may be the court outside the temple that is left out.

There are many groups already working on preparations for the new temple. The blueprints are already done, the temple garments have been made, and there have already been attempts to lay the cornerstone of the temple. The only thing standing in the way of the construction of the new temple is Islam's third holiest site, the Dome of the Rock and government support for such an undertaking. Some possible scenarios for the rebuilding of the temple are as follows:

1. The persuasion and performing of miracles by the Antichrist and False Prophet convinces the Islamic world to approve the rebuilding.

2. The United Nations will negotiate the rebuilding of the temple following a war with the armies from the North (Russia and Islamic forces). This assumes that the war with the armies from the North is not the battle of Armageddon as some feel and that this attack occurs before the rapture or tribulation period begins. The supernatural destruction of the Russian army and Islamic forces will cause an outpouring of Christian worship and zeal amongst the Jewish people who will reconstruct the temple.

3. It is determined that the site of the first two temples is actually south of the Dome of the Rock, and the court of the gentiles (Dome of the Rock) will be left out of the 3rd temple.

A group in Israel called the Temple Mount Faithful have obtained most of the clothing, instruments and other equipment required for temple worship and are actively preparing for the laying of the third temple's cornerstone.

Numbers 19:2-7 "This is the statute of the law which the Lord has commanded, saying, "Speak to the sons of Israel that they bring you an unblemished red heifer in which is no defect and on which a yoke has never been placed. "You shall give it to Eleazar the priest, and it shall be brought outside the camp and be slaughtered in his presence. Next Eleazar the priest shall take some of its blood with his finger and sprinkle some of its blood toward the front of the tent of meeting seven times. "Then the heifer shall be burned in his sight; its hide and its flesh and its blood, with its refuse, shall be burned. "The priest shall then wash his clothes and bathe his body in water, and afterward come into the camp, but the priest shall be unclean until evening."

A red heifer will be required to be used in the process of purification described in the book of Numbers. In May 1997 the first Red Heifer was born in 2000 years. Another red Heifer was born in Israel in March of 2002.

Daniel 12:4 "But as for you, Daniel, conceal these words and seal up the book until the end of time; many will go back and forth, and knowledge will increase."

Billy Graham was quoted as saying, "ninety percent of all the engineers and scientists who have ever lived are alive today." Air travel, space travel, DNA research and human cloning are all examples of the rapid increase in knowledge in our generation.

Zephaniah 3:10-11 "From beyond the rivers of Ethiopia My worshipers, My dispersed ones, will bring My offerings. In that day you will feel no shame because of all your deeds by which you have rebelled against Me; For then I will remove from your midst your proud, exulting ones, and you will never again be haughty on My holy mountain."

In 1984, Operation Moses saw the airlift of 15,000 Jews who had already fled to refugee camps in Sudan to escape starvation. In 1991, Operation Solomon flew 20,000 Jews to Israel from Ethiopia itself. A further airlift began in June of 1999, aimed at transporting the last 3,000 members of the Quara Jewish community from northeastern Ethiopia to Israel.

Ezekiel 38:2,4,8 "Son of man, set your face toward Gog of the land of Magog, the prince of Rosh, Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him. I will turn you about and put hooks into your jaws, and I will bring you out, and all your army, horses and horsemen, all of them splendidly attired, a great company with buckler and shield, all of them wielding swords. After many days you will be summoned; in the latter years you will come into the land that is restored from the sword, whose inhabitants have been gathered from many nations to the mountains of Israel which had been a continual waste; but its people were brought out from the nations, and they are living securely, all of them."

In order for some end time events to occur Russia will have to be a strong nation with a strong military.

Jeremiah 23:7-8 "Therefore behold, the days are coming declares the Lord, when they will no longer say, as the Lord lives, who brought up the sons of Israel from the land of Egypt, but as the Lord lives, who brought up and led back the descendants of the household of Israel from the north land and from all the countries where I have driven them. Then they will live on their own soil."

In the 1970's and 1980's there was a mass exodus of Russian Jews out of Communist Russia. In 1999 the Associated Press reported a dramatic increase in the number of Jewish immigrants from Russia, bringing the largest number of Russian Jews to Israel since the early 1990's.

Revelation 13:16-17 "And he causes all, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the free men and the slaves to be given a mark on their right hand or on their forehead, and he provides that no one will be able to buy or to sell, except the one who has the mark, either the name of the beast or the number of his name."

On May 10, three members of a family in Florida became the first people to receive the biochip implant. Each device, made of silicon and called a VeriChip, is a small radio transmitter about the size of a piece of rice that is injected under a person's skin. It transmits a unique personal ID number whenever it is within a few feet of a special receiver unit. VeriChip's maker describes it as "a miniaturized, implantable, radio frequency identification device (RFID) that can be used in a variety of security, emergency and healthcare applications."

Is the biochip the mark of the beast to be used by the antichrist? We can't really know. What is significant is that people are being softened to the idea of a mark or an implant as a means of maintaining security, providing medical information, and regulating a more interdependent world. As attitudes change, fears subside, and people are convinced of the need for such a mark, the true mark of the beast will be easily introduced to the world by the antichrist.

The United Nations, World Trade Organization, International Criminal Court, UN peacekeeping/police force, numerous UN NGO's, and other agencies are preliminary steps to the formation of a one world government. We now have the communications technology, transportation, and the pro-globalization media necessary to usher in the one world government headed by the antichrist. The increasing terrorist threat and the middle east conflict will only speed up the formation of this governing body as fear and promises of better security make more people willing to give up their national sovereignty for global governance.

Revelation 11:3, 7-10 "And I will grant authority to my two witnesses, and they will prophecy for twelve hundred and sixty days, clothed in sackcloth. When they have finished their testimony, the beast that comes up out of the abyss will make war with them, and overcome them and kill them. And their dead bodies will lie in the street of the great city which mystically is called Sodom and Egypt, where also their Lord was crucified. Those from the peoples and tribes and tongues and nations will look at their dead bodies for three and a half days, and will not permit their dead bodies to be laid in a tomb. And those who dwell on the earth will rejoice over them and celebrate; and they will send gifts to one another, because these two prophets tormented those who dwell on the earth."

Television and the 24-hour news networks make it possible for people around the world to see the dead prophets and rejoice at their deaths.

Luke 21:28 "But when these things begin to take place, straighten up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near."

Luke 21:32 "Truly I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all things take place."

HOUSE VISION OF THE NIGHT

(Editor's note: I think I first saw this particular prophetic word in 1994, during the Clinton Administration. C. Alan Martin had at one time hosted a "prophetic school" in the early days of the public internet. Several years ago, he moved and then shortly after that the web site vanished.

This is the most current copy of this dream/vision that I have been able to locate. Since the time that this was written, we have seen the Monica Lewinsky scandal erupt over the Clinton White House, and in the sixth year of the presidency the "Star Report" was published.

George Bush then was elected president, and we have seen the weeping for the World Trade Centers. I am sure that his commentary on his dream would be quite different now, but so far, this vision itself has remained uncannily accurate. Mr. Martin, if you read this, feel free to update us!)

In 1971, I received a vision of the night in which I was shown a row of houses. It was not until 23 years later that the Spirit gave me a dream which held the key to the meaning of these houses. They represent presidential administrations, starting with Truman in 1953, and extending into the future for two more presidents (beyond Clinton).

Linear Recounting of the Vision of the Night: "We were fleeing the persecution and calamity of the day. A brother was fleeing with me. He fell and I paused to help him up. We prayed "Lord Have Mercy". My friend vanished, and I looked around to see that I was at the top of a hill overlooking 12 houses.

As I looked to the west, I noticed dark and ominous clouds gathering over one house (#10) and proceeding through to the last house (#12). I looked into the sky over #12, and saw an arc of what appeared to be 6 stars in the sky. One of the stars fell to the earth like a fig that was shaken off a limb. A voice came to me and said "look to the east!". I began to turn to the east, fully expecting to see the Lord coming in the clouds. The dark clouds opened up in two places and I saw the sun darkened and the moon turned to blood.

As I looked to the east, instead of seeing the Lord in the sky, I saw an army. This army was made up of ancient armliments such as battering rams, catapults and siege ramps. I ran down and joined the army at house #5.

Instantly I was transported into the future, and found myself before what I can only call a "temple fortress". The city was gray, in ruins, and desolate. A man had just emerged from the huge double doors of the temple fortress. He was dressed in a suit. A voice said to me "he says he is god, but he is of devil". The the vision ended.

Significant events indicated in the vision: 6th star falls to the earth. Understood to mean the fall of a ruler (or president).

I do not believe this to be actual stars or a comet or any other such object. The stars appeared to be within the atmosphere of the earth, and there was not a huge explosion or calamity when the red "star" fell to the earth.

The blood moon and lightless sun.

More imagry that represents the fall of nations and change in the ages. The fall of a president is not enough to bring about changes on this scale. There will be great changes in the earth and alignment of nations.

A wave ancient weapons of war, which I believe to represent the restoration the sign gifts:

"SIGNS WONDERS AND MIGHTY DEEDS"

I waited for 23 years to receive a clue as to the meaning of these houses. In another dream in 1995, I was in the back yard of house #3. I looked down at my feet and saw a LIFE magazine, with a picture of JFK on the cover, and the words "In Memory of Dead Presidents". House number three is the house that represents the term of John Kennedy.

The Houses

As Stated above, each house represents a presidential administration.

House 1 Truman:

Nothing significant revealed about this house.

House 2 Eisenhour:

In a related dream, a model rocket was launched into the air and was drifting down into yard of this house. The rocket then turned into a glider and glided into the yard. My aunt used to refer to me as her "rocket boy" because of my early interest with model rocketry. It was in the Eisenhower Administration that I was born. (1954). It was during this dream that I ran through the back yard of house #3 (to retrieve the falling rocket) and was shown the Life Magazine with Kennedy on the cover. It was then that I knew that these houses represented presidential administrations.

House 3 Kennedy:

The yard in which I was shown the key to the meaning of the houses. The Life Magazine with JFKs face on it with a caption stating "In Memory of Dead Presidents" was in this yard. It has been suggested that all the presidents on this "street" must pass away before the events discussed in the remaining revelation can occur. This would mean all presidents up to Carter and maybe Reagan (his house is on a corner lot).

House 4 Johnson:

This house was occupied by a family of Jews named Levine. It was during the administration of LBJ that Jerusalem was returned to Israel during the 1967 Arab Israel war. Levine is a long form of Levite. This is a very significant event in the history of the world. With the retaking of Jerusalem, the temple can be rebuild and the stage set for both the setting up of the anti-christ and the return of Jesus Christ.

House 5 Nixon:

It was into the yard of this house that I ran down and joined the army of God which was marching forward through time(the backyards of these houses). It was also in the Nixon administration that I was saved, filled with the Spirit, and had the vision I am now describing. Everything up to this point had already happened in time. However, everything recorded in the remaining houses had not yet happened. It is significant to remember this president, since it will be (according to the falling star and darkened house #10)the 6th administration after Nixon that will endure the beginning of judgment on America, including the fall of that 10th president.

House 6 Ford:

Nothing significant

House 7 Carter:

Nothing significant

House 8 Reagan:

A Major shift occurs in the time of this president. The house sits on a corner lot, and the row of houses changes direction TO THE RIGHT. It can be noted that the nations' politics took a sharp turn to the right during the Reagan administration. Right or wrong, This shift undoubtedly was in the plan of God for the series of events leading up to the last presidents and the fate of the nation.

House 9 Bush:

Nothing significant in this administration.

House 10 Clinton:

It is this administration that is the main focus of the vision of the night. Over the house was a very dark cloud, so dark that it seemed like night. The cloud was very low so as to almost touch the rooftop. There was something very significant about the "back door" of this house that may have some meaning. The lights were on in the house and they stood out brightly in the darkness created by the cloud.

As I looked at this cloud hanging low over the 10th house, I ;also saw an arch of 6 stars in the sky to the west. The stars were of different colors, and the last (sixth from Nixon) of them fell to earth like a fig that was shaken loose from a limb. I have taken this to mean that this administration will preside over some very bad times in the USA, and that this administration will "fall".

House 11 President: (Gore?)

If my understanding of house 10 and the six stars is correct [QUIX:--!THANKFULLY NOT!], then Gore is in line to succeed Clinton as president. Assuming some tragedy does not strike them both down. In the yard of this house is a large weeping willow tree. This tree represents mourning and sorrow. But under the draping limbs of this tree are children playing. SOME HAVE SUGGESTED THAT THE PICTURE OF THE MAN WHO WAS SHOWN TO ME AT THE END OF THIS VISION OF THE NIGHT IS ACTUALLY V.P. GORE!!

House 12 President: ?

This is the last house that I saw in this vision of the night. After this house was a dirt path that lead toward a collection of boulders arraigned in a semi circle which reminded me of a place where a trial was held and judgment rendered. In another dream which took place during the millennial age, I was standing among these rock looking at the ruins of a world rocked by the tribulation. In the ruins of these boulders I found a witch doll. I ;knew immediately that on of the reasons that the USA was judged was because she had gone after the occult and witchcraft.

Across from the path after house #12 was a new row of houses stretching off into the distance. These I believe are the rulers of the land that Jesus will set up during the millennium.

In the vision of the night (after I saw the star fall to the earth), I heard a voice say "Look to the east". I began to turn and fully expected to see Jesus coming in the clouds. As I turned I saw the clouds part and I saw the blood moon and the dark sun.

Both of these are symbolic of judgment being levied on a nation and the fall of a nation. I continued turning to the east and saw the ancient army approaching from the east through the yards of all the houses of the presidents. It was then that I ran down to join this army in the yard of the house of Nixon. This was 1971, the year I was saved. Immediately the scene changed and I was in the middle of a city in gray ruins. I saw a man emerge from what I perceived to be a "temple fortress" who was dressed in a diplomatic suit and carrying a briefcase. A voice said "He claims to be God, but is of devil". Then the dream ended.

Perhaps the greatest miracle concerning this vision of the night, and the hardest to conceive, is that the neighborhood described is an actual neighborhood from my childhood in Massena New York!!!

The street was called "Washington Street" ( for presidents?).

The houses are just as I describe them, and were that way long before I had the dream.

There really was a family of Jews named "Levi" in house #4.

The street did (and still does) take a right turn at house #8.

House #11 really does have a weeping willow tree under it, and children did play there... because I was one of them in my early childhood (early 60s).

There really is a path leading up from house #12, and there really is a collection of boulders at the end of that path!

There really is a row of houses stretching off into the distance on the other side of that path.

These facts can be verified with little effort, as the streets and houses exist today as they did 25 years ago. Note this map of the area:

Can you see the miracle that God somehow manipulated the houses, events, and even street names so as to coincide with this vision of the night!!!! This in an undeniable, verifiable miracle where God used (and is using) an existing neighborhood to lay out His plan for America and the manifestation of the Antichrist. We are in house #10 now. The Glass Fence

I've recently noticed some discussion among Christians about television, the media, etc. About 23 years ago I had the followng dream, which I knew contained a solemn message from the Lord. I would like to share it with all:

In my dream I was looking down upon a large, grassy field of people. I knew they were Americans; I even identified some Christians among them. It was a huge crowd, but quiet, peaceful and orderly, obviously at ease. Everyone was seated calmly together as at a picnic waiting for some type of entertainment to begin. Looming before them was a gigantic screen the size of a drive-in movie, except it was a huge television screen not yet turned on.
Surrounding the people I saw a glass fence, crystal-clear and extremely delicate, yet protective. Instinctively I thought, 'If this crowd begins moving about and pressing against that fence, something awful will happen.' But I didn't know what.

Looking outside and beyond the barrier of the fence the sun was shining so brightly behind the low, surrounding hills that I could only make out dark silouhettes of the hills with trees upon them. I also could see the silouhettes of what I assumed to be large birds perched in the trees, watching the people inside the fence and, I felt, waiting.

Images on the giant television screen then flickered on. At first the images were peace-inducing, but as their psychedelic-like patterns continued they began having an irritating effect upon the crowds, causing them to grow restless, dissatisfied and to stir about--putting pressure on the fence.

Suddenly it happened: With an implosive 'pop!', like the sound of a breaking light bulb or vacuum tube, the fence broke! I looked up to see the light of the sun growing dimmer and dimmer, until day had turned into the darkness of night. As it did, I no longer saw silouhettes of what I thought were birds in the trees; I could see clearly now what they really were: wicked evil spirits. I also knew that the fence had kept them out; but now that it was broken the demons started their flight, leaving the trees.

Quickly, one flew from across the way, hovering right in front of me and filling my field of vision with its hideous image. I knew it was a "strong man," represented by its massive, human-like, upper body build, but with horns on its head, connected to the hairy legs and feet of a goat--the classic 'satyr' looking thing. With an evil smirk on his face, he yelled to the others, "Come on, boys, let's go have some fun!" With that, it seemed like thousands of these "birds" began dive-bombing, missle-like, into the crowds of people.

Faintly at first, out of the silence of the crowds I began to hear low sounds of moaning and crying from the crowds; but it grew louder and louder, pitching to the level of horrendous screams, terror and anquish. Then a series of scenes flashed before me, one after another, which were surreal-like pictures of human beings engaged in various abominations, suffering, trapped and tormented.

Then I woke up.

This has been around a while, as I recall. I think it has merit to prayerfully consider. I believe it to be essentially correct. From:

The Man of Little Stature

What the Spirit has laid on my heart is to relate to you a vision and revelation given to a brother in Christ in the late 1970's, who will remained unnamed; but he ministers in Europe and some of the former Soviet bloc nations. It is one of the most sobering and soul searching revelations I have ever heard, outside of those that you will read in the written scriptures. I believe that this revelation is very relevant to those who will be prepared and participate in the great end-time ministry yet to unfold. Please read prayerfully.

This is the vision/revelation. I was in the midst of a great meeting hall (a church), and the walls and ceilings were covered with jewels and ornaments, and the windows were made of colored glass (a typical cathedral or church). The hall was full of people, some rich, some poor, some sick and crippled, mute and blind; but all had chains on and were hand-cuffed, and no one was free, (a picture of todays church, their in church but their not free). In front of the meeting hall was a large platform, with a pulpit on one side and a large cage on the other, with a huge green serpent in it; and hanging over where the speaker would stand, was a great sword suspended by two strings horizontally; and on the platform were several ministers, 8 or 10, clothed in clerical robes, sitting one behind the other, one seated just a little above the other.

The assembly looked upon these men and they looked upon the church. There was silence for a while, until a thundering voice sounded from the pulpit, as if it came directly from God, saying, Who will declare the whole counsel of God? And the first clergyman arose with a Bible in his hand, and when he did, the old green serpent uncoiled and stretched out hissing against the man with sparkling eyes and protruding fangs; and the man of God, falsely so-called, sank back into his seat and placed his Bible under the chair. And when the serpent stretched up his head and touched the sword, he said to that man, Anyone who obeys the voice of God, I will kill with this sword. And for a little while, there was silence again. And then the Voice sounded from the pulpit again, Who will declare the whole counsel of God? And then the second man in clerical robes arose as if he would step forward, and again the serpent uncoiled against him, and he tumbled back with fear and sat down and placed his Bible under his chair (hiding the Word). The serpent again touched the sword, and with the same remark said, I will kill you, if you obey the voice of God.

And for the third time the Voice from the pulpit thundered, and a third man arose and sat down like the two before him. And again and again the Voice sounded until each of the clergyman had had an opportunity to resist the serpent, but fear overcame them all, like the first three had been overcome. And the serpent smiled with his evil smile. And then the Voice sounded again from the pulpit saying, Oh if there were a man, Oh if there were a man; Oh if there were a man who would declare the whole counsel of God, that these chained men might be set free! is there not one man? Then a man of little stature (meaning he was nothing in the sight of the world), ascended the platform and stood under the sword, and he lifted up his eyes toward heaven and said, Into Thy hands O God, I committ my spirit. Then he opened the Bible and read. He didn't add anything to It, and he didn't take anything from It; he read the Word, and spoke as a man having authority. And when he had finished, the old serpent stretched up to the edge of the sword and cut off one of the strings holding the sword in place, and the sword swung down and missed him and passed over his head; because he was a man of "little stature"; and the weight of the sword made the other string to break, and the sword swung back and pierced the hearts of those clergymen who were lined up and nailed them to the wall. And a great scream of despair sounded from the pulpit; but an even greater cry of joy sounded from the assembly, for every man's chains were loosed and they were set free! (By the word they were set free).

When this vision had vanished, I saw another vision of the Savior in a cloud, just above my head. He spoke saying, Hear my son the meaning of these things. The meeting hall which you saw is the secularized church, having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof. They are all covered with the jewels of the joys of this world, and there is no end to their silver and gold. The people which you saw, are those for whom I died, but My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge; they have eyes, but they do not see; they have ears, but they cannot hear. They are truely in bondage and must be set free!

The platform in which you saw, on which the clergymen were sitting; the platform is the preconceived ideas, having their origins from the pit of hell. The pulpit is the throne of God; and the serpent, old Lucufer himself. The sword which you saw, is the Word of God; and the strings on which it was hanging, mean the power of the Word to give life or the power of the Word to take life. Life was given to the man of little stature and life taken from the clergymen that did not preach My Word! The clergymen that you saw, are men (& women) from every church who pretend to know Me, but they teach My people things which are not written in the Book of life; and their pride and their presumption, and their wordly spirit force them to obey Satan, who is a liar and the father of lies; and each of the clergymen try and exceed the other in elegance, in extensive writings, argumentation and the like; but they only consider the" letter" of the Word, and leave out the "spirit" of the Word. And the day will come and now is at hand, when they shall all perish, just like these.

After having considered this horrible scene, the Lord spoke again with these words, Do you remember My words in the prophecy of Jeremiah chapter 23, as well as My words in the prophecy of Ezekiel chapter 34? Jesus said, Read it. And I opened my Bible and read, Woe unto the shepherds that destroy and scatter the sheep of My pasture, saith the LORD. (Jer.23:1) In the prophets I have see a horrible thing, they committ adultery and they walk in falsehood: (a perversion of the Word of God), and strenghthen the hands of evil doers. (Jer.23:14).

Jesus said, At the end of days you shall understand this. Woe to the shepherds that feed themselves, should not the shepherds feed the flock! (Ezek.34:2). The weak you have not strengthened, nor have you healed the sick, you've not bound up that which was broken, and neither have you sought that which was lost; but with harshness and with rigor have you ruled over them. (Ezek.34:4). I will destroy the fat and the strong shepherds; and I will feed them with judgement. (Ezek34:16). Then He said to me, That these false shepherds shall in no wise escape when the sword falls upon them. But My sheep must be warned, they must be set free! And again He said, Do you remember My words in the prophecy of Jeremiah in the latter part of chapter 25? Read it! And I read these words, And the slain if the LORD shall be in that day from one end of the earth, even to the other end of the earth: (Jer.25:33). Howl ye shepherds, for the day of your slaughter is come! (Jer.25:34).

Then He said to me, These days shall come quickly, the shepherds shall howl, yea, there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth; but when the sword has fallen it will be to late forever. The man whom you saw who was of little stature, is every man and woman who will humble himself or herself, and be obedient even to the death of the cross, putting his or hers trust in God, and going forward declaring the whole counsel of God! Oh, if I could find such a man, can you tell Me where there is one? With such a man I could shake heaven and earth, saith the LORD.

imho, This one has a certain ring of God's character as I know Him, in it. Worth some prayerful consideration, anyway. From:

"Behold, a whirlwind of the Lord has gone forth in fury - a violent whirlwind! It will fall violently on the head of the wicked. The anger of the Lord will not turn back until He has executed and performed the thoughts of his heart. In the latter days you will understand it perfectly."
Jer. 23:19, 20; 2 Kings 9,10

I want to tell you about the things I have already set in motion. For great is My wrath upon the enemies of God. Great is the vengeance now enroute. For the anger of the Lord has been aroused and I will not be deterred until I have overcome the enemies of God.

Do you want Ammon destroyed first or the Philistines? Witchcraft or drunkenness? Do you want Edom or Egypt? Sexual perversity or depression?

Oh, I am coming to crack the heads of those who have ruled long in cruelty.

For many of My people have been oppressed for years. Some longer than the Israelites' Egyptian captivity. For generation upon generation has been held under the thumb of wickedness and strife. People group after people group enslaved to certain demonic hosts. There has been no peace, but I say I am coming to restore the house of God, to enable unity so that the people of God may come together in harmony and love. For I would have a picture of My will be seen on the earth before the end comes. I would have every eye see what was meant to be. Oh, there will not be an absence of sin or exact replica of Eden, but in some places it will appear close to that and all across the earth there will be a greater freedom to live as I intended from the start.

Oh, oppressors stand back! Flee if you can for I intend to crush you, to weaken you and hold you at bay. There will be only one rule in days ahead and that will be Mine and the people of God. Oh, enemies of God, your prosperity is short-lived now, for I am coming to push you back into small corners and dark pockets on the face of the earth. You will be greatly restrained for a season to allow My church to prosper and grow, to allow the knowledge of the Lord to fill the earth. For I would have every eye see and ear hear the glories of the Most High - the truth about the Almighty God.

He is a God who sees and hears all and whose strength reigns supreme. There is no power greater. No force able to overcome Him. There is no enemy sufficient to overcome Him unless He permits a season of such.

Come to the window and stand on tiptoe. You are about to see the vengeance of God as never before. For in the last days, many things long spoken of, even glimpsed in the past, will be seen quite clearly and made widely known. You are preparing to see the glory of God fill the earth in a way you could never have even comprehended. This is much bigger than you initially thought and will have no quick end. There will be nation after nation fall under My influence and group after group accept My Son in these days of expansion and growth.

These are days for the people of God to prosper. There will be much to learn through this and I would have you know that the lessons will be many.

For just as the days leading up to revival have been preparatory for living in revival, so will the revival days prepare you for what is then to come.

The glorious days of expansion and prosperity will prepare you for our eternal rule together in heaven. I will teach you much about living as kings and rulers for I would perfect you even in this. I would have you know that even in such times, I am your only source. That is easy for you to say now, but it will fall easily from your lips in future days as well. For I am a patient God, a faithful Teacher who will help you take your place as the Bride and co-heir of Christ.

This, too, has a ring of God's values and priorities too it--and thereby at least some of His character. From:

Don't You Think I Can Keep You?

Don't you think I can keep you? You are kept by faith in Me and My Word.

Be not afraid, but let your mind be set on things above where Christ is seated. I have blessed you with every spiritual blessing in heavenly realm. You can't receive as you walk in fear, have not I told it to you, not to be afraid, for I am your God, I am your Lord, I am your all in all. I am with you in the dark hours as well as in the light. It is my presence that brings light and my name is my presence.

You have the promises that I have given you. Quit sliding back, brace up yourself and come to me. Don't be anxious about what people will say. Leave Babylon and all that it represents. Be reconciled back to your God. He is your maker your creator your very breath depends on Him. For He is the giver of life. Life and death are in His hands. So be not like the unwise, but become as a child and learn from me. As you wear my yoke you will find that I am meek and lowly in heart and you will find rest for your souls.

My very own, will love me more and more. They will not be content with just a little knowledge, but they will want more and more and I will not withhold myself from them. I never have withheld. As a father his child, so do I have mercy on those who fear me, as far as the east is from the west so far I have removed the sins of those who fear me. As the heavens are higher than the earth, so is my love and my mercy towards those who love and fear my holy name.

Good morning Father, good morning Jesus, good morning Holy Spirit. This is a special morning which hasn't been touched yet. I give you all of my heart, soul and body. So you can live your life within me. You are the only one who can live perfectly. Hallelujah!! Thank you for your mind, Hallelujah! I am transformed by the renewing of my mind thank you for renewing it for me. Thank you for your thoughts and your attitudes. Thank you, that by your great power and supreme strength you have won the victory. Great is your name and greatly are to you to be praised. You alone deserve the Glory.

Look beyond the natural and see with the eyes of faith, and behold the beauty of the Lord. Don't be proud in your achievements, but humbly accept all that I put in your path. Know that the time is short and things are going to happen fast. Judgment is speeding, escape the wrath that is coming. If you are in any kind of sin, break with it before it is too late. For know that the Lord God is the merciful.

But there is coming a time that all will stay as they are. If you don't get out of the sin that besets you, know that you will be harden into it, where there is no escape and it will be out in the open. You know that the sin is covered, but it won't be long.

Don't trust in the fact because you are being blessed that everything is all right with the Lord God. Run, run, avoid all paths that lead to sin, run away from it. Don't depend on your own strength. For you will certainly fall. Know that if there is bitter, envy in you there will be every kind of evil work.

Don't gloat over someone else's downfall, know that you must stay humble and pray for such a one. Be on your face before the Living God and be still and know that He is God! Know that there is a purification going on and be careful that you don't get caught in the sin of pride.

Don't trust in yesterday's victory for it could be your defeat today. There must always be a renewal of your faith. Every day and a new trust and reliance on the Lord God Almighty. Don't trust in the good works, righteous deeds you have done yesterday, but know the mercy of the Lord are new and fresh every day.

Know that if you don't keep a watchful eye and pray you could fall into temptation. Know that the Lord always says, watch and pray for you don't know what the day will bring, don't depend on the righteousness you had yesterday. Depend completely on what Jesus Christ has done at Calvary, everything He has done. it is for a victorious living.

Don't depend upon how much you have read and prayed in the past, know that it must be an every day experience of prayer and eating of the Word. Don't neglect this part of your life. You are no match for the evil one. The evil one never goes to sleep and know there will always be battles. But how are you clothe for battle?

Are you clothe with the Light of Jesus Christ? Or are you cloth with your own knowledge? The only knowledge that you need to know about self is that it is an enemy of the Lord Jesus Christ and the Cross. It is an usurper of authority, and know self always works with the greatest enemy of all, that age old serpent, the dragon, satan the deceiver. You only grow in the knowledge of the Holy One, Jesus Christ, and we are told to put on the Lord Jesus Christ the armor of Light.

The more Revelation [heart knowledge] you have of Jesus Christ, the stronger the armor becomes. Revelation must come from the Spirit of the Living Christ. The more that the Spirit of Christ rules the brighter the armor. He is the very armor of the Lord God Almighty, He is the Light, and He is the Word of God. Hallelujah!

Reward for the Expectant

March 10, 1997

"Let your hands be strong, you who have been hearing in these days these words by the mouth of the prophets, who were in the day that the foundation was laid for the house of the Lord God of hosts, that the temple might be built." Zech. 8:9
"I would come to strengthen those who have been hearing My words. I would come to pour out My Spirit on the expectant. For there are those who have been an audience for the prophets, who have sought the word of the Lord and cherished its sound. These will be rewarded this day. They will be rewarded with power from on high.

For I would not speak to one and then come to another. I would not gather an audience and then begin My work with those who have not heard. Hear Me, oh audience of the prophets. Hear Me, you expectant ones. You will be among the first on whom My glory will fall. You will know My power in great measure. For I have enlivened you to listen so that you might receive more than just words. I have quickened you so that you might be readied for more of Me.

Oh, I will come in unexpected places and on the unsuspecting as well but I will dwell richly with those who have longed for My coming. I would come to you this day to assure you that none who are seeking Me will be disappointed. None will be passed by. For though My Spirit may fall in some cities before others, My faithful remnant will be moved upon with increasing power all over the earth and will stand out like stars in the midst of a dark sky - glowing examples of My power to change lives.

For I am attuned to your heart-cries and moved by your prayers. I am deeply affected by the strength of your desire. I will come unto you and upon the places for which you are seeking Me.

For in this day, I have awakened you to pray for the very things I intend to do. I have set in motion a chain reaction of awakening, intercession and response, further awakening, further intercession, further response.

Oh, audience of the prophets, you will be honored among men. You will be sought after as ones who understand the times and many, many will come and listen to the words you would say. 'What have you heard? What have you seen? What has God been saying these past months?' And many of you will begin, not only to speak, but to prophesy as well. For a spirit of prophecy is falling and will increasingly fall upon those who love My voice. And I say in days ahead, the sound of the prophets voices will rise louder and louder throughout the earth and eventually become a deafening roar. Hear Me, oh eager and expectant ones. Hear Me this day. Your longing has stirred Me and I will surely come unto you with great force. There is none seeking Me in this day who will not receive a double portion when I come in power. Rejoice over My grace unto you and remain steadfast in hope in these days speaking always of the coming of the Day of the Lord. For unto you have been entrusted great treasures and unto you, it will be required that you speak."
