Well, DiFi is attacking Arnold because he ins't supporting her assault rifle ban, conservatives are attacking Arnold because he is for "sensible gun control".

Sen. Dianne Feinstein yesterday tore into Arnold Schwarzenegger's movies yesterday, panning the shoot-'em-up flicks for bringing bloodshed to California streets.

Hey Fineswine. The people who shoot up the streets of CA aren't into Arnold flicks. Can you take a guess what type of films they prefer, and what type of "music" is played in the soundtrack?

I thought Aahnold's "Terminator" character stopped actually killing people after the first movie. Or something.

Diane Fiendswine, on the other hand, continues apace to spread destruction with her full-auto assault mouth...

These weapons bring no good to the United States of America, they bring no good to the state of California," - Feinswine

Actually, they're excellent tools helping us patriots protect the country from traitors like you.

Arnold never won an award for his acting. And so far he hasn't shown me anything to reward him with one of the biggest prizes in politics, especially his first time out. Now Tom McClintock, who has been fighting in the trenches for Californians for 20 years, has earned the right to be Governor. All the while Arnold was off making huge sums of money, while Tom toiled in the trenches on a meager public servant salary. Sorry Arnie, but you are no Tom McClintock, and have a long way to go before you can even polish Tom's shoes. And tell Buffet to go back to the land of Oz. We Californians have been burned long enough by political illusions.

Hey, here's a "brilliant" strategy, let's trick the Democrats into attacking the BIGGEST DONORS to their Party!

Yeah, that's the [pun intended] ticket. Let's get them to attack their big studio Hollywood executives, and the movies that put the bread on their tables!

I mean, come on, Democrats will go for this sneaky, right wing conspiracy, right?!

Attacking Arnold for his movies gets the dubious prize as the dumbest political move of the year.

You simply have to see the video of this press conference. Davis is standing along Feinstein in a complete flopsweat. And she says something to the effect of "Arnold doesn't look like a 98 pound weakling in his films", while the 98 pound weakling next to her can just squirm.

Later, she says that she would like to see Davis start to "solve these problems". She is really ragging on him for a minute before she realizes what she is doing and tries to save face, and he can only stand there and take it because she is the last statewide politician not to jump on the Crustemonte bandwagon.

The video shows what a disaster trying to save Davis has become for the Democrats. Priceless.

I thought it was when you could put two bullets through the same hole (Ted Nugent, I think).

Diane should take her act on the road. She's a real cut-up. Sadly she's never been Senatorial grade material.

Schwarzenegger's movies are make believe. Gray Davis $47 billion dollar deficit is real. Which one gets Diane's full wrath? Why the make believe of course.

Democrats can't be taken seriously. They are incapable of prioritizing important real issues over non-important fake issues.

Davis and Feinstein are once again pumping the anti-gun rhetoric, even though they still haven't correctly addressed the state's monetary implosion.

Diane, Gray, the state deficits are a real and present threat to our state. Guns are not.

Get a grip. Buy a clue. Plan for your retirements. You're both about to have a lot of free time on your hands.

"And Arnold did indeed say that gun control laws should be 'stiffer'."

--

Care to give us the source? As far as I could see he never said that. Note he is not eagerly jumping on Feinstein assault weapons ban bandwagon.

Tom McClintock has been fighting in the trenches for Californians for 20 years, and has earned the right to be Governor. While Tom was working his tail off for Californians, Arnold was off playing with toy guns, makeup artists, cigars, Humvees, and who knows what else, "for the children" of course, and getting paid huge sums of money to do it. At the same time, Tom toiled in the trenches of California, often with much oppositition, on a meager public servant's salary. Sorry Arnie, but you are no Tom McClintock, and have a long way to go before you can even polish Tom's shoes. And tell Buffet to go back to the land of Oz and his wicked witch Hillary. We Californians have been burned long enough by political illusions.

You got it. And both quotes by Arnold in the past stating he was for gun control were interviews where he was replying to questions about youth violence.

"Tom toiled in the trenches of California, often with much oppositition, on a meager public servant's salary. "

--

And who forced Tom to do that? While Tom "toileed in the trenches", Arnold MADE the American Dream happen by becoming a successful businessman, after coming to this country with nothing. He didn't have things handed to him, he is a self made man, something that Republicans usually admire.

McClintock polls at 4%. Please tell us how you can get elected by 4%, becaues he "earned the right" to be governor.

Sounds like a good popcorn-tosser for political people. Davis in a sweat? That chunk of dry ice? "Priceless".

The attack on Ahnuld was predictable -- and she's attacking him in what a DimRat would think is a sensible way. He is "for" gun control and some other DimRat issues, since he's pretty liberal, so.....they go after his "violent" movies.

Never mind that when Fineswine was den mother of the Castro, she presided over the breakout of a grim epidemic that was literally sown in her city's bathhouses, and which has slain hundreds of thousands of people in this country, with, to borrow the old Stevie Wynwood lyric from The Low Spark of High-Heeled Boys , "a gun that didn't make any noise".

I would like to know how much Hollywood money DiFi has taken from those who produce and act in violent movies. I bet it could fill my living room.
