King is interviewing that expert in electricity managemnet, Gray Davis, and Hillary Clinton (by phone). She basically said that this country needs to put a priority on upgrading the power distribution backbone and the Bush administration had un-done all of the good work that had gone on in the Clinton administration under Bill Richardson. Unbelievable...blaming Bush for this crisis. She has no shame.

Doesn't this fly in the face of Rush's theory - that being that the Clintoons WANT GWB re-elected?
When she comes out time after time against our President like this it leads me to believe that she has her eyes on 04, not 08.

Bill Richardson was on earlier and he stated that the Clinton administration "wanted" to do something about the deteriorating system and the potential future problems and the need was there
but, blah, blah, blah...
Translation: Well, basically, they never did address the problems that they had apparently detected.
