It's been sourced right here on FR for months, now.
The guy's question was your source specifically for the statement that Arnold supports the car tax hike recently put through administratively by the Davis administration. You didn't answer the question except to say, "It's been sourced right here on FR for months, now." Where, exactly? If you don't know, just say so.

Thanks for the Summary.
So the Supreame Court is deciding wheather to Give Gray Davis the orgasmic virgins or the clear white raisins. Got it. At he's going to make a statement as soon as he finds out. Got it.
You'd think he'd be more concerned about the recall...

Don't worry. I'm getting into enough trouble all by myself today. :-)

If Davis vacates his office post-certification (which is where we already are), prior to the recall election, the recall election proceeds anyway. Lt. Gov. Bustamante would become governor in the interim, but he only could remain there if the recall failed to win a majority. So, if Davis resigns, and Bustamante becomes acting governor, is he then also ineligible for the replacement election (as Davis would be if doesn't resign)? IOW, if Davis quits, and the recall succeeds, could Bustamante graduate from acting governor to governor if he wins a plurality in the second question? Also, if Davis resigns, would he then become eligible to run in the replacement election?

Arnold is not ok with the car tax hike. Today's Contra Costa Times reported that Arnold would "terminate" the hike. I don't have a link for it, because I read it in the hard copy paper this morning. The Times is online at hotcoco.com. The story may be there.

My guess would be that 1) Bustamante is still eligible as a replacement candidate, 2) Davis is not eligible since his resignation does not stop the recall and he is the recalled officer who is ineligible by statute.

I'm curious as to what Ah nold will do with the illegal immigration problem. I assume he came into the United States through proper channels.
While I'm thinking of it: Wonder if Hillary has an FBI file on him. Stupid question. She's probably reading it as we speak.
