Parents do the very best they can. Who would have known that our neighbor's son was gay? I certainly never did. Who would have thought he was molesting my son for 4 years. My son was 8 when it started. We talked to our kids about these things but they still happen. And in spite of that, I still don't hate gays.

Here's the show's web site. All five are white; one is Hispanic, but that's not a race per se ... he's white too.

We, of course, have no way of knowing the political leanings of the girlfriends. I think some people are just assuming, "Oh, they live in the big city and are willing to stand within fifteen feet of Known Homosexuals and sometimes even have conversations with them, and thus are raging liberal socialists."

Most, if not all of you are missing the main point here: we have the right, and the obligation to try to form society. We are not twigs floating along in a stream. We are intelligent beings; we attempt to craft the kind of world we want to live in.

Thusly, if we want to attempt to change the nature of television, we have every right to do so.

"Turn the channel if you don't like it" is a false and specious argument. Where does "turn the channel" end? Will you still be saying "just turn the channel" when NBC broadcasts hard core porn to the after-school set? Or is that OK with you anything-goes crowd?

If there is any limit at all, then I will set that limit where it is best for my family, and I will work towards making that limit happen.

Hey, looks like you are trying to take this thread BACK on topic. Don't you know that the trolls don't want to address the thread, just homosexuality in general?

FR is a conservative forum but quite a few regulars aren't "conservative". Maybe they are "fiscal conservatives" and "social liberals".

Good comments by the way. NBC has already indicated plans to take this program to NBC broadcast networks as well. More of Bravo's homosexual programming will follow.

NBC has said that they are abandoning family programming in an effort to be more "hip" and edgey.

there are some definitely warped homosexuals. aside from the fact that they are abnormal to begin with. we had a guy in our office who got off on making sexual comments to the women. but since he was a homo, no one would dare fire him.

Being conservative means letting the market decide, and bringing up your own family with the values you choose.

The nanny state holy rollers are no more conservative than anybody else. They want to conserve blue laws, others of us want to conserve freedom.

Just as Jimmy Swaggart doing hookers doesn't mean that evangelists want to see prostitution legalized, the fact that those on the liberterian wing of the party don't want a religious state, doesn't mean that they want to go for group orgies, with pot, and gay sex on the Fox family channel.
