Nothing is sacred anymore, including the lives of the nearly 3,000 men, women and children butchered by Islamic terrorists on Sept. 11, 2001.
The brutality of that day is about to be exploited by leftist filmmaker Michael Moore and Miramax, a subsidiary of The Walt Disney Co. Miramax will finance Moore's new film Fahrenheit 911, a ''documentary'' in which Moore accuses the Bush family of having ties with Osama bin Laden, the mastermind behind the Sept. 11 attack.
According to the Drudge Report, Fahrenheit 911 will be released during the 2004 election season.
''The primary thrust of the new film is what has happened to the country since Sept. 11, and how the Bush Administration used this tragic event to push its agenda,'' Moore said.
Moore, author of the best selling autobiography ''Stupid Fat Man,'' must have been at the snack machine during his U.S. History class, since it is obvious he didnt learn one of the roles of the President is to protect the American people. If anyone is using the events of Sept. 11, 2001, to push an agenda, it is Moore and those who will fund this left-wing propaganda; namely Disney CEO Michael Eisner and Miramax co-founder Harvey Weinstein.
Judging from his insane ranting at the 2003 Academy Awards, Moore is obviously blinded by his hatred of President Bush. Moore is also no stranger to exploiting tragedy in order to push his extreme agenda, such as the 1999 tragedy at Columbine High School. That film, Bowling for Columbine, won an Academy Award for Best Documentary. However, its status as a documentary is questionable, since Moore took actual events and edited them to foist upon America a piece anti-gun propaganda.

Excellent News!!
The Mouse has come to it's senses!! I just spoke with Disney CEO Michael Eisner's secretary, she was very familiar with the Moore controversy and she told me that Mr. Eisner has decided that while they and Miramax WERE considering a movie project, they have decided that it is NOT something they would want to be associated with!!
So not only has Mel Gibson and IKON Productions shunned the vile Mr. Moore, now Disney/Miramax has as well! This is a major victory and great news for proud Americans everywhere!
We will not forget the victims of 9-11. Nor will we allow their memories to be tarnished by Michael Moore.

Question: Where is Moore finding information regarding bin Laden and a connection to the Bush family?
I think of myself as well-informed - even about groundless rumors. But I have NEVER heard even a whisper about such a connection.
If there IS such a rumor floating around, believe me, there are numerous newspapers, magazines, and TV shows that would have covered it by now.
Anybody else heard this rumor?

They talk a good game but I would like to know how many people and organazations the money is funneled through until it gets to Moore.

The links Moore is allegedly trying to find, are not to link Osama bin Laden, but the Osama's family, from which Osama is estranged.

I understand this and ask do you believe everything that is read or is said? Apparently they were considering it or it would not have made the paper. I can see Disney sifting $$$ across half a dozen organazations until it ends up with Moore thus covering their tracks.

I know the poster (jonalvy44). I don't think he would ever post something that was not a truth - especially since the information was firsthand.

There are some very very distant links (think the "6 degrees of seperation" theory). It involves members of Bin Ladens family (whom Ossama wants dead) who are into construction, and also investing, and companies where some Bush family members (and god knows how many of them are out there) also own stocks in, or run, and extends to banks and such. Think this way, My cousin has a construction business, he buys some tools at a hardware store, person B, owns stock in the company that makes those tools, my cousin uses his american express card to buy those tools at that store, person B has a cousin who is a shareholder at american express, my cousin builds a building for a guy, who got a loan at a bank that is part of a huge international chain, now person B's family member once also got a loan from that chain, but all the way across the world. Thus by logic me and person B "are linked". If you think this is thin, the Bush/Bin Laden links are even more of a stretch, and on the D.U.mpster, if you can weave pass all the stupid BS rumors and lies, and stories and paranoia, and find that one nugget of truth, it still isn't even remotely logical or fathomable.

I called...the number is there, I wish someone else would pick up the phone and verify. Eisner's secretary was adamant that they had nothing to do with Moore.
Imagine them taking that stance and a money trail proves otherwise? They will be so burned!!!!
Who's to say Moore's camp isn't pushing the Disney connect in order to gain publicity? Then funding...
To: jonalvy44
I agree - people will be watching - if this turns out to be a lie - it will be worse for them than if they had admitted it in the beginning.
By the way Jon - great interview on FOX the other day.

Who's to say Moore's camp isn't pushing the Disney connect in order to gain publicity? Then funding....Harvey Weinstein and Moore are good friends, and Weinstein is a heavy democratic supporter, even though Hillary and her people blasted him after the 9/11 debacles with firefighters and cops booing her (Her aid's claimed he should have realized that working people in uniforms are all right wing fanatics who would hate her). I doubt that Moore would push Weinstein into anything he wouldn't support or use his name, Weinstein has backed him more then once and advocated him for the oscar.

Most of these rumors are on Bush-hating sites, and so far I've seen no documentation for the claims. I guess if you hate the President enough, documentation and proof is not very important. :(
