There are no printable words to describe NOW and the crones who run it. They are truly warped human beings.

Wouldn't it be nice if a jury of 12 patriots decided that the murder of an unborn child is just that?
Kinda like giving the finger to the Supreme Court. I like that.

The head of the National Organization for Women's Morris County chapter is opposing a double-murder charge in the Laci Peterson case, saying it could provide ammunition to the pro-life lobby. I knew this would be coming up....I knew it. They are disgusting, immoral, evil people.

If there was really any doubt before, this move by NOW proves that they are not pro-choice, but pro-abortion. It fact, this goes even farther; they are pro-murder.

NOW this. They say string him up but not on the baby's account. God made it as plain as he could, by delivering that baby to the shore ahead of his mother, that he wants that baby spoken for.
To: Mark Felton
There will be a real contradiction if the death penalty is applied. The Supreme Court has implied in its capital-punishment cases that capital punishment is only constitutional for murder. If killing a fetus is not killing a human being, it would be unconstitutional in this case. But the Supreme Court has held in its abortion opinions that a fetus is not a person for legal purposes.
To: Mark Felton
"I'd like to see them string him up," Stark said, "any way they can." Only not the only way they legally can, under California law. Maybe she wants a lynching.
To: Mark Felton
Stark said that despite her opposition to the double-murder charge, she is not sympathetic to Scott Peterson. "I'd like to see them string him up," Stark said, "any way they can."
==============================
Apparently she doesn't mean "any way..." If she did, she would applaud this way because it is the only way in California for the death penalty to apply.

Stark evidence of NOW's lunacy.
NOW can be placed next to the UN, an area reserved for the repugnant and irrelevant.
Moreover, Marva's very lucky her momma gave birth to her and she should look deep into whatever is left of her puny soul to see that Laci Peterson and her family were very much excited and looking forward to welcoming of their new little baby, Conor, into their warm loving arms.

I don't think they are going to win in this case... They will be losers, and maybe it is just about time the Supreme Court make it so that just shuts down this organization.. Political whores anyhow on the liberal side... (oops! Just my opinion)

To convict Peterson of murdering his unborn son, prosecutors would have to prove either that he intended to kill the fetus or knew that it would die as a result of Laci Peterson's death.
Let's see:
Killing the pregnant mother,
Partially dismembering the pregnant mother,
Wrapping the pregnant mother in plastic sheeting,
Dropping the pregnant mother into a body of water and weighting the body down with concrete.
Scott surely wouldn't expect the baby to be born in Cleveland.
If the mother's death was truly accidental, Scott probably would have called 911, got emergency help, and the baby could have been delivered and lived.
