FOX has been doing good coverage of Detroit celebration - and for once, the police seemed to be cooperating and somewhat joining in with the group - wonderful to see!

I'm not a 'cryer' but I sure welled up with tears this morning. Thank the Lord God for working through our President in the liberation of the Iraqi people. This war is not over yet...but close. We are victorious. The Iraqi people will be free from oppression and torture. wistful sigh.

Those same forces found more weapons violations, WMD and terrorism training camps in three weeks than the UN did in 17 years. And they did this while fighting mechanized infantry forces, guerilla/militia troops, delivering food and water to civilians, restoring water and electric facilities to higher levels than pre-invasion and managing to leave rail lines, highways, bridges and much other vital infrastructure intact while doing so.

Another tear jerker!
Having lived (as a kid) through the miserable years of the Vietnam era hearing the
"baby killer" term endlessly...
I like the term "Baby Thrillers" for the current crop of photos of kids + Coalition troops.

Good one. I was afraid to look when you flagged me to # 133, but I am glad that I looked. (Based on what people were saying on the thread, I got the impression that it means something crude.)
