Is it just me, or is CNN spending more time whining about their journalists being expelled from Baghdad than on actual coverage of the war?
To: Ragtime Cowgirl
Hi Ragtime Cowgirl, stupid ray - or anti-American/anti-Bush agenda (or did you mean stupid ray on the CNN people? YES definately!)
Never once asked the SOB about his legal problems...
To: wolf24
Assuming your 'he' refers to Saddam and not Major Bob, we can only hope!
To: bbourdon
Trying hard to keep first post clean, but not easy.. It's okay, we've all been there. You're among friends, now~~~~ Welcome!
To: Carney Asada
she isn't on right now..she did have a valid point and it is just now coming out that the ambulance didn't go anywhere..and obviously we have known that for some time
so maybe the saddam body double was on the stretcher
I wish greta had been on to interview this uday body guard
she wouldn't have let him off like rita did
To: woodyinscc
It will be so interesting to see when we really find out more about this guy; i.e. did he convert in prison, or what.
Wait, I just realized I don't even know if ex-cons are accepted in the military, does anyone know.

Maybe hang around to soften Rep. Guard around B-dad, asess damage, hit em again a few more times right before our boots get there.

Hey, bbourdon. Welcome to FR! Make sure your house is relatively clean before you log on to FR.
Also, make sure you have a dorm fridge next to your computer and that it's fully stocked. Also, have a cot handy for when you find yourself freeping at 2 am.
It would be nice to have a microwave next to your fridge. That way, you don't miss anything.
If you have children, tell them to eat cheerios or join you at your desk. Have a good supply of Playstation games for them or DVDs to watch.

Right_in_Virginia: thanks for the welcome.
I very much appreciate you all posting, I've got no cable/sat tv or internet at home (in temp residence) - had to drive to work to get news fix in.
To: Fledermaus; Right_in_Virginia
One of the FoxNews Military Analysts was saying that a bunch of the Republican Guard are dressed in civilian clothing and hiding in civilian homes, to blend in with the public. Once we get into the Baghdad, the type of urban warfare that may ensue will be extremely dangerous, and potentially bloody.
But I have faith in our troops too. I guess I was just hoping that more would surrender.
To: bbourdon
Stupid ray on all of them, definitely. I think Ritter's on CNN's payroll. Next to Michael Moore he's their favorite American today. Big Liars go far in the DNC. (^:

Rita Cosby saying that the ambulance that supposedly took Saddam away the first night...never left the compoundWhat do you expect with socialized medicine?
To: bbourdon
I heard Ritter. Talk about a wacko. When asked why Bush wanted to go after Iraq if it had no WMD he ranted that Bush wants the US to dominate the world and needs to take out any nation that might be a threat.
I don't think he understand how his posistion is contradictory. If Bush knows Iraq has no WMD then its not a threat and why in the world would Bush need to dominate Iraq if it had no WMD ?
He also said their were no scuds and unless we get the serial numbers we shouldn't believe it. He is also a omniscient because he knows there are no WMD since his own investigation.
He also never mentioned that the Iraqi people want us to liberate.
In summary, even if their were a thousand catholic nuns as eye witness to chemical weapons he would not be convinced.
