A day in the life of President Bush (photos): 3/17/03

The tyrant will soon be gone. With those words, President Bush left no doubt with Saddam Hussein or with the world that the years of a brutal dictatorship in Iraq will soon be over. In an address to the American people, and to the Iraqi people, Bush reiterated the many steps for diplomacy and peace that the United States and her allies have followed in the past 12 years- to no avail. The President told the Iraqis that their liberation is near and warned any Iraqi soldiers to think twice before releasing chemical or biological weapons. Bush also issued warnings to any terrorists that, 'If our enemies dare to strike us, they and all who have aided them, will face fearful consequences.' Earlier in the day, Bush met with congressional leaders and outlined tonights speech, and ultimately prepared them for military conflict. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya! I know I will.

His palace bunker is 300 feet underground with 9 ft walls. Do we have any bombs to crack his nest? Hmmm

That is great news about Eagleberger calling Carter Despicable, but did he leave out Clinton who is doing the very same thing?
If he did, may I take this opportunity to declare that Clinton is equally DESPICABLE for his disgraceful remarks during our foreign policy negotiations! Giving aid and comfort to the enemy is a federal offense last time I looked!

Another great speech from a great president -- I couldn't be more proud!!!

Just finished watching Ollie North on Hannity & C******. He always makes me feel so confident in our military's commitment and training -- he even debunked the rumor that our troops are inadequately equipped to combat a biological/chemical attack (a rumor perpetrated by the publicity-obsessed, drug-addled Colonel Hackworth!).

Ecclesiastes 3
1   To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
2   A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;
3   A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;
4   A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;
5   A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;
6   A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away;
7   A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;
8   A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.

Heavenly Father, we pray that the time of peace may come quickly. We look forward to the day when there will be healing; when there will be building up rather than breaking down; when the people of Iraq can laugh, rather than weep at their oppression. We ask Your blessings on all in our military and on the Commander in Chief who is being forced to send them into war. Give all the leaders of the coalition great wisdom. Bless our nation, O Lord, and let us lead the world in bringing the freedoms and inalienable rights that are a gift from You to all peoples. Amen.

>>>>>It appears George W. Bush has returned the favor to our great friend Tony Blair by giving diplomacy a chance. Reports are saying that support for removing Saddam by force are climbing very fast and so is Tony Blairs approval ratings.

He certainly has stood by Dubya. I hope his approval ratings go through the roof.

Well, Blair dissed Clinton. I read this somewhere a while back and don't remember where but Blair was talking about working with Bush and Clinton. He said it was refreshing to work with Bush because Bush could make a decision! Guess he prefers W's decisiveness to clinton's rambling. Wise choice Tony!

My best friend was in love with Davy and her sister liked Mike. We used to pretend to be the Monkees using badminton rackets as guitars.

HEY, HEY, WE'RE THE MONKEES!! ROFLOL!

Actually, one of the best parts of Shrek was that they used the Monkees, I'm a Believer!

A word of blessing upon our President;

Psalm 112

1 Praise the LORD.
Blessed is the man who fears the LORD, who finds great delight in his commands. 2 His children will be mighty in the land; the generation of the upright will be blessed. 3 Wealth and riches are in his house, and his righteousness endures forever. 4 Even in darkness light dawns for the upright, for the gracious and compassionate and righteous man. 5 Good will come to him who is generous and lends freely, who conducts his affairs with justice. 6 Surely he will never be shaken; a righteous man will be remembered forever. 7 He will have no fear of bad news; his heart is steadfast, trusting in the LORD. 8 His heart is secure, he will have no fear; in the end he will look in triumph on his foes. 9 He has scattered abroad his gifts to the poor, his righteousness endures forever; his horn will be lifted high in honor. 10 The wicked man will see and be vexed, he will gnash his teeth and waste away; the longings of the wicked will come to nothing.

If they keep this up, the 04 elections will reduce their chances of regaining any chance of becoming the majority for 20 years. I say let them go,

From your lips to God's Ears!!

>>>>> Lawrence Eagleberger on Hannity and Colmes now just said that what Jimmy Carter did prior to the Gulf WarI and for weeks now is "DESPICABLE."

Jimmy Carter was a complete failure as a president and he has continued that failure in the twilight of his life.

We'll be praying with them, Ohio!

Yes, indeed.

The President looks like he's lost weight. He's got a heavy burden to bear, for sure, but he looks drawn, thinner.

God Bless our President!

Maybe, maybe not, but they'll sure have "fun" trying! Or maybe some of those chemical weapons he doesn't have, will accidentally find their way into the ventilation system... Of course, if they take enough battering down there, there might be a case of "friendly fire". One way or another, he's a goner.

And you're right he still is cute!
