A LADY'S CHOICE- WOMEN'S MEDICAL CENTER
MORENO VALLEY, CA 92553 909-247-0119 TAPE - 847 listen to call from 14 year old girl (Dialing, phone ringing 2x) CLINIC: Hello. May I help you? CALLER: Hi. Yeah. Do you guys do abortions there? CLINIC: Yes, we do. CALLER: Oh, okay. That's what I was calling about. Do you know how much it cost for that? CLINIC: Yeah. If you're between 12 weeks and under, it's $320 cash. CALLER: Well, how do you know how far along you are? CLINIC: You have to do a ?? what you do is you call, you make an appointment, and everything is done in one day if you're 12 weeks and under. They do an ultra sound, they do pregnancy tests, they do everything. CALLER: Okay. Well, my last period was January 3rd? CLINIC: Um?hmm. CALLER: So how do you know if you're 12 weeks and under or not? CLINIC: All it takes is if you're pregnant (chuckle). Let me see. CALLER: Well, I haven't had a pregnancy test yet. I just haven't had my period in a long time, and I'm scared. CLINIC: You haven't had a period in a long time. Like how long? CALLER: Well, since January 3rd. CLINIC: January? CALLER: January 3rd. CLINIC: Okay. Let me see. CALLER: The thing is, I'm going to be 14 later on this month, and my friend said that you guys would have to tell my parents I was getting an abortion. But my boyfriend's 22. Could he just sign whatever it is, and you wouldn't have to tell anybody? CLINIC: No, no. There's nothing to do ?? uh?uh, she's wrong. Your friend is wrong, okay? CALLER: All right. So you don't have to tell my parents then? CLINIC: No, no. In the state of California, the parents have no right. If you're under age and you're pregnant, and you want to have a termination or if you want to have the baby, it's up to them. All right? That's in the state of California. So your friend told you wrong that you're suppose to tell your parents. No. Okay? CALLER: Okay. CLINIC: Let me see. CALLER: The other thing was too, my boyfriend and I were talking about all this. And he said that he would pay for everything. But we don't want anyone to know about us. Would he have to sign anything if he was paying for everything? CLINIC: No, ma'am. I said no, uh?uh. Nobody. Okay? You're about I would say nine weeks. So you'd better hurry up and make an appointment. Because if you're over 12 weeks it's a two?day procedure, and it's more money, okay? CALLER: Okay. Well, when could I come in for a pregnancy test then? CLINIC: Why don't you talk to your boyfriend and see what he's going to do, okay, and if he's going to pay for it. CALLER: Well, he said he would pay for everything. CLINIC: Oh, okay. What city are you in? CALLER: I'm in Marino Valley. CLINIC: Do you want to come in tomorrow? I can schedule you an appointment for tomorrow morning. CALLER: Well, what time? CLINIC: At 9:30? CALLER: Okay. Would you do the pregnancy test first, and then go from there? CLINIC: No, no. They do everything there, okay? CALLER: Okay. CLINIC: I need your full name. CALLER: Well, I need to call him and see if that's a good time for him, and then call you back. What was your name? CLINIC: Just call me back. I'll be here, okay? CALLER: All right. ***END***

Why is there never any prosecution of the abortionists? Can you imagine getting a phone call that your 13 year old daughter was seriously injured ar dead on an abortionist's table, without your knowledge?
They are mandated reporters of child sexual abuse, including statutory rape, under California law. PP should no longer be able to do business in this state and any of their physicians or health care workers who failed to report should also have their licenses suspended. But I'm not holding my breath.
Hopefully, the parents will sue. They certainly have both cause and standing to do so.
Ironically this actually IS a RICO sanctioned criminal activity!!!
Do you ever wonder if these people really report all their income to the IRS?
You mean this courageous defender of womyn's rights, this heroic reproductive health clinic employee, is telling a lie when she tells the "girl" on the phone that all she needs to do is bring along $320, and the whole thing will be quietly taken care of? You mean the clinic might actually make a stink with the law about the fact that this girl is the victim of statutory rape by a 22-year-old man, contrary to what they're telling their potential customer?
Of course you don't, because we both know they're telling the absolute truth. No abuse would have been reported.
What would I expect? I would expect that people who kill babies for money would act in a manner morally consistent with their beliefs, to wit: "don't let any moral qualms get in the way of the almighty bottom line".
And I wouldn't be disappointed.
