They are mandated reporters of child sexual abuse, including statutory rape, under California law. PP should no longer be able to do business in this state and any of their physicians or health care workers who failed to report should also have their licenses suspended. But I'm not holding my breath.

Hopefully, the parents will sue. They certainly have both cause and standing to do so.
