Frist just called for unanimous consent to vote at 6:00 p.m. Monday. Daschle asked that Estrada release documents blah blah blah, to which Frist objected. Daschle then objected to Frist on the vote.
I'm guessing that Frist may just want to yank the Dems out of bed at inconvenient times to call attention to the stall tactics of the Dems. If so this is brilliant!! Thank goodness for Frist (and Hatch).

It keeps the dems from going to sleep. It the first sign that we may be going 24/7. It done when we do. Keeps them in chamber.

Hey, I picked out one of the worst pictures I have of her. Be a little more appreciative will ya :)
Although, I do have one of her face framing a toilet seat...

the soft-focus on CSPAN is because we have automatically "fuzzified" the GPS system accross the Eastern US, to help us during the imminent bombing of Iraq...

Gordon Smith is now presiding in the Senate. I like him a lot. Now they're calling the roll again. The rules are sure arcane and confusing.

Can we inject even more spice into this thread by debating how Lott would have handled this?
(resurrecting dead horse) :-)

The Seargant at Arms is now combing the Whorehouses accross DC looking for the missing Senators...

Frist tried to call for a vote. Daschle said, only if they got the documents. Frist objected and called for another quorum.

They're voting on calling them all in now?
Hard to figure out the meaning of all this but it's sure interesting :).
To: Julliardsux
Calling the 2nd quorum to get Senators to the floor -- Frist is using the delaying tactic right now to force the RATs to come to the floor!

To: Julliardsux
what is purpose of this second quorum called by frist? To keep them there and awake all night.
To: mhking
A third Quorum call? WTF? My thoughts exactly.
To: ellery
Are they forcing a filibuster,or are they voting on Monday? I'm very confused!
