Frist just called for unanimous consent to vote at 6:00 p.m. Monday. Daschle asked that Estrada release documents blah blah blah, to which Frist objected. Daschle then objected to Frist on the vote.

I'm guessing that Frist may just want to yank the Dems out of bed at inconvenient times to call attention to the stall tactics of the Dems. If so this is brilliant!! Thank goodness for Frist (and Hatch).

I hope you are right. I'm so afraid that the Republicans will cave. They do appear to have picked a fight along with the prez today. Hillary appears to be spear-heading this revolt, as she is defending pro-abortion forces. It's going to be whoever blinks first. And it will be spun as a victory Dubya or Hillary.
