Simple. He would have allowed Daschle to appoint three judges for every one Judge appointed by Bush.

I know you were just having some fun, but let's don't. In the end Trent Lott was a team player, is still serving faithfully in the Senate, so let's heal any still lingering wounds over that. Its the Dems we want to beat, and on this one it will take every possible vote.
